Our coordinator, Grace, was an absolute gem. For months leading up to the wedding, her communication was always timely, thoughtful, and incredibly reassuring. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but Grace made it feel manageable, personal, and even fun. She thought of every little detail and kept us calm and organized the whole way through. Greyson from the floral and decor department deserves a standing ovation. The floral arrangements and decor were beyond anything we could have imagined. He took our vision, elevated it, and made the entire venue feel like it was pulled straight from a dream. Greyson and his team truly go above and beyond for their couples—you can tell how much heart and talent they bring to every single setup. Then there’s Alex—our wedding day hero. “Magnolia was a dream for me and my husband!! I was very discouraged by the venue search and had almost given up when I stumbled across Magnolia. It looked so gorgeous I was afraid the pictures were misleading me. But while the outside doesn’t look like much when you drive up, inside it’s a fairytale world. We were in love from the moment we saw it, and all my guests were stunned. The space felt rustic and secluded—like you’re out in the woods somewhere with the sound of the river all around you. And Magnolia has built up the property with an elegance that makes it even more dreamlike. And I can’t say enough about the venue coordinator, Cheyenne! She literally worked miracles to make it possible for us to have our wedding there. This woman is sharp and incredibly knowledgeable and organized. Her recommendations and tips saved me so much. She’s super honest and upfront about things, and she does her best to take the stress and pressure of the wedding off of you. She also is very caring. Throughout the entire process, she was attentive, and I felt like she cared about me as a person, not just another client. On the day-of, she created space for my husband and I in the bustle and went out of her way to help with whatever we, or the wedding party, needed. It never felt like having a stranger around, and I knew I could trust her to handle any mishap. I highly, highly recommend her wedding planning services even if you don’t end up using the venue itself. Some tips: I personally think Magnolia works better for smaller, more intimate weddings. We had about 60 people, which filled the space nicely, but I have trouble imagining how the max amount of people (120) would fit on the dance floor. I wouldn’t recommend having a lot of vendors and tech either. I think it would clash with the space. We also really enjoyed renting out cabins for our wedding party. The rooms are nice, and it allowed us to soak in the weekend. Another great thing: the property is the perfect size for getting cool photos—small enough to walk but large enough to find lots of lovely locations. Definitely take advantage of that! I highly recommend Magnolia. I don’t know how our wedding could have been more beautiful or peaceful, and I thank all the staff at Magnolia for caring for us.”

“Our wedding at Shawnee was nothing short of magical. Our wedding took place on October 5, 2024, at Shawnee Inn. From the moment we secured the venue, Tabitha was incredibly supportive and consistently available to assist us. We hosted our entire wedding weekend at this location, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed their experience. Upon our arrival on Thursday, Jorge welcomed us warmly and provided invaluable assistance in transporting our wedding items to the conference room. On Friday, our guests participated in a round of golf, with JJ and Nick playing a pivotal role in organizing the outing. That evening, we held a welcome barbecue for all attendees, where the food was fantastic and the staff exemplary. On the morning of our wedding, we were treated to brunch while we prepared for the ceremony. Tabitha checked in frequently to ensure everything was proceeding smoothly. Our wedding ceremony was held outdoors on the lawn, which was breathtaking. It was followed by cocktail hour under the pavilion, which was truly stunning. The food and service during the cocktail hour were outstanding, with LaCresha ensuring that we, the brides, were well-fed and had drinks in hand. The reception took place in the main ballroom, where the dinner was delicious and the staff continued to impress us with their service. We concluded the celebration at the Brewery, where the staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. It was a flawless day, and we are immensely grateful to everyone involved. We had no complaints whatsoever. The following day, we hosted a farewell brunch on the front porch, and once again, the staff was attentive, and the food was remarkable. The bloody mary bar was incredible. Our guests are still raving about the wonderful time they had at Shawnee. The hotel itself is beautiful and exudes charm; although it is an older establishment, it possesses a unique character. The friendly and helpful staff significantly enhanced our special day. We highly recommend Shawnee to anyone seeking a memorable venue.”

“My husband and I were married at Settlers Inn this October and could not have picked a better venue! The ceremony and reception were held in the undercroft room, which is a beautifully decorated room with a cozy fireplace for guests to enjoy. Our wedding planner, Tammy was amazing and was available for last minute planning calls and quickly responded to emails. The staff at Settlers are very friendly and accommodating. Our guests were very impressed! We could not recommend Settlers more!”

“I would highly recommended The Pond at Triplebrook! The grounds are extremely clean and well cared for. The cabins they offer for overnight guests are darling and extremely clean. Ozzy's and her staff were overtime to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. They even helped set out our decorations. I can't say enough great things about this place. Weddings are stressful and Ozzy tries her best to take as much pressure as possible. This place is gorgeous and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.”

“My husband and I chose this as our wedding venue. Some months before our wedding they had implemented a team of women to help with any questions and planning. These ladies were extremely helpful with answering questions and were typically quick to respond. The day before our wedding, we went to set up the tables and decorations I had made. The inn keeper Tricia was super kind and let me feel like I had a full run of the venue to do whatever I had envisioned. She basically told me I could do whatever I needed, and if I needed extra hands for help to let her know and she would get me help. The day of the wedding was very hot, and there was an unfortunate breakdown of the AC in our getting ready room and suite for the night. They placed us in the next Best room for the night and got us in a cooler space for getting ready. Even with that, if I had to do the wedding all over again, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I am so grateful to the team working with me leading up to the wedding day as well as everybody involved to make our wedding day so special. If you choose this place as your wedding venue, I feel as though you will not be disappointed, even when things go wrong.”

“Grateful doesn’t even BEGIN to describe how we feel to everyone at Wildflower on Watts for helping to cultivate the best wedding weekend we could have ever imagined!!!! When we first toured Wildflower on Watts, it instantly felt different than the rest - not just beautiful, but peaceful. Like it could be our own little oasis to celebrate the beginning of our marriage. (And it was just that!!) As a full-time wedding photographer myself, I was very picky about where we chose to host our wedding. From our first interaction with Bethany & her team to our last hugs goodbye, we felt so taken care of and like they truly wanted the best for our wedding day experience. We were not “just another couple”, we were valued like family!! We held our rehearsal dinner outside at Wildflower on Watts the night before our wedding which was literally straight out of my dreams! It was so beautiful!!! And the team was there for us - it was very close to raining so they set up a full backup table inside the barn just in case. We didn’t end up needing to use the back up, but their thoughtfulness and effort was so appreciated! Our wedding day could not have been more perfect. Seriously. We were able to fully trust the Wildflower on Watts team (and We Do Events coordination!!) to run the day smoothly, which allowed us to be completely present in every moment!! At one point in the morning, Bethany left to heat up my coffee and put it in a fresh container. That small thing is just one example of the incredible service & kindness!! And during our ceremony, we could hear the birds singing in the woods behind us … truly the most peaceful and beautiful way to say “I do”!! And! Our guests were “wowed” at every turn!! The guest experience of going from the secluded ceremony space to the beautiful outdoor cocktail hour space to the stunning barn was that extra cherry on top of beauty for our guests who traveled to celebrate us. Everybody kept saying that the venue & the staff were incredible!!! Last but certainly not least, the ease of using Wildflower on Watt’s space is not something to gloss over. The ability to drop things off & set up on Friday, and then come back on Sunday and have all your decor packed up for you & ready to go … that doesn’t happen at most venues!! That is just one of the many ways Wildflower on Watts takes away any potential stress associated with hosting a wedding. We will be shouting their praise from the rooftops forever!!! Thank you, Wildflower on Watts, for being the BEST place to celebrate our wedding!!!!!!”

“We cannot say enough amazing things about Bello Giorno Estate. The location of the estate is adjacent to a small river, which made for absolutely spectacular wedding photos. Think Secret Garden meets Italian Villa! We also loved the intimate feel of the banquet hall, which was the perfect fit for our wedding size. Our guests loved the food and service. Even though we planned our wedding remotely, working with Monica and Stephanie was incredibly easy, as they were very responsive to both email and phone calls. We received so many compliments on how AMAZING the food was for our wedding, and we felt the same way during our tasting. Ashley and the chef, who I believe is her husband, go above and beyond to ensure the food quality is exceptional. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the inside of the venue was! The building is absolutely stunning, and it provided the most gorgeous backdrop for our photos. One of my favorite moments was walking into the reception and seeing our family and friends all around the venue, especially upstairs on the second floor—it was such a cool, unique experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we are so grateful for their hard work. The pricing is also fantastic—it’s straightforward, includes so much, and is truly a great value for what you get. Even though we traveled from outside of Philadelphia, I’m originally from the Pittston area, and it was well worth the trip! “I had such a remarkable experience here at the best western. Everyone is so friendly, and the sales manager helped me through the whole entire wedding planning process. I had my wedding ceremony in the evergreen garden, and the layout of the garden reminded me of a fairytale wedding. My cocktail hour experience was hosted in Deacons Tavern and it was so much fun! Between the bartenders offering such amazing drinks and the indoor and outdoor patio was stunning! My reception was hosted in the Ballroom, and it was a clean slate to really vision my wedding in!
