The Barn at Reeves Farm is the perfect location for any wedding ceremony/reception. It’s location near St. George, SC makes it a convenient site for guests in the Charleston/Summerville area, just 4 miles from exit 77 of of I-95. The property consists of a large barn situated on 80 acres of land which provides ample space for an indoor or outdoor wedding. The barn can hold 300 people and table seating is provided for up to 80 people. It features large windows that allow ample natural light to stream into the main room with over 3200 square feet of available space, a handicap accessible men and women’s wash closet, a built-in stage, a bar, and space for a dance floor. The outside property has a pond, oak trees, gazebo, and sprawling fields, any of which can be used for an outside ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. The outdoor area has additional space to increase the occupancy capacity. A bridal suite is included for the bridal party to use prior to the ceremony.

We can host events up to 60 without a dance floor and 50 guest with a dance floor. Tables and Chairs are included. The setting at most of the venues will be outside at privately owned vacation homes, beaches, parks, or in outdoor country settings, which are managed by our premiere partner, TGI Property Management & Consulting, LLC, who manages a portfolio of vacations rentals throughout South Carolina including; Charleston, Columbia, and Greenwood.
