It's the little details that make the bride's special day one to remember. Every detail of the Perrys Landing Barn was custom designed & crafted by our own Loren Perry. Our Barn alone symbolizes the importance of the little details. While the craftsmanship might be overlooked by most, this barn is a tribute to how dedicated we are to making our clients special day one of a kind. The Barn is a 5,700-square-foot open-air event space with a capacity to hold 600 guests. Also featured on the property is a 3,200-square-foot pole tent.

Includes: venue rental; catering for the cocktail hour and a dinner; all wedding florals, chairs, tables, linens, chargers; china; flatware; servers; set up and clean up; cottage to get ready; parking onsite; 40x80 white wedding tent if the guests count exceeds 150 at no additional cost You will need - if desired: photographer; alcohol, cake, officiant and dj and 15% gratuity to servers
