Mica and the whole staff at The Windamere really made our wedding better than we could’ve imagined. From the beginning, Mica was very straightforward and honest. All of her pricing was transparent and she was thorough with us. The venue offered the history and charm we were looking for at a decent price and Mica gave us the peace of mind by being our day of coordinator. I loved that we were all able to get ready on site and never saw each other until our first look. We also enjoyed that she has a secluded vip area for us right after the ceremony so we could take a few minutes to breathe before the reception. She helped through the decor process and was very timely with communication, especially as we were planning from 500 miles away. We are so grateful for her and her team.

Rosewood manor is the most beautiful venue! It was a perfect location and it was great! Emily was the coordinator we used at the venue and had the set up and tear down option. She went above and beyond for us and made the day so much smoother! The set up and tear down option was the best decision ever and saved us so much stress! Emily became more like a friend throughout the planning process and we are so grateful for her help. She was there to answer all questions, communicate with vendors, and help us with the planning and day of. The management at this venue went above and beyond to accommodate our special circumstances and we are SO thankful for them. We are so happy with Magnolia Estates and Rosewood Manor. We would absolutely recommend this venue and Emily to everyone! We are SO happy and had the BEST day!!! Thank you Rosewood Manor and Emily!!

Canyon Run Ranch was the wedding venue of our dreams! Amy was always prompt in her communication leading up to the day and went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions and concerns were answered. My sister is in a wheel chair, and we were concerned about her ability to move through out the venue, but Amy ensured she was able to access everything from the ceremony space, cocktail hour, and reception barn! The venue itself is gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice at all; it is straight out of a fairy tale! We used their recommended vendors list for catering and had 0 issues with the service. We also went with craft event bar for the DJ, alcohol, and planning services and I cannot recommend them enough. It made the entire day seamless so that both myself and my husband could relax and enjoy the day! Also, wedding cat was a fan favorite!

My husband and I are so glad that we booked The Oscar Event Center for our anniversary party. The menu was the main selling point for us because we wanted to offer unique options. We chose the seafood and Asian stations for dinner and everything was delicious. Our guests raved about the food saying it exceeded expectations. Chef Mike does not disappoint. We like that the OEC sets up and tears down all decorations for you because it was a huge help. We used minimal decorations but felt like it was perfect since the hall is already well decorated. And the whole venue is customizable. It has a large capacity but the setup we chose was perfect for 55 guests. Additionally, with a smaller group we valued the per person food and beverage cost minimum rather than a guest count minimum. All the staff working at our party were incredible too! Shout out to Drew, Madi, Brenda, Lisa, Kathleen, and Gail for keeping things running smoothly. We initially worked with Josie Fickes when we booked, and she was great. But we ended up lucky enough to have Jan Riordan as our coordinator. She completely understood our vision and was a joy to work with. She was very responsive to questions and made us feel at ease. Her kindness and attention to detail were much appreciated. We cannot give enough thanks to Jan and the whole OEC staff for making our anniversary party a great time!

Her expertise, calm presence, and commitment to making our day perfect took all the stress off our shoulders and allowed us to be fully present throughout the celebration. The hotel team worked seamlessly with all our vendors, making the planning process incredibly smooth. Everything felt easy, organized, and well managed. The venue itself was immaculate, and we received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the space was and how enjoyable their experience had been. The day of the wedding was awesome, but leading up to the wedding, getting ahold of them was exhausting. It wasn’t until I badgered them with calls and multiple emails that I would finally get answers. We hosted an amazing wedding for our daughter and son in law at the Marriott Cincinnati Airport. The staff were flexible, accommodating and so supportive throughout the entire process. Shelly is a rock star and has a great team. The venue worked so well for the rehearsal evening and set up, get ready rooms for bridesmaids and groomsmen on the day and of course the remarkable reception. It was so fast and so smooth. It was very special to have such organized planned meeting spaces as well as the flexibility for unplanned gatherings throughout the weekend. Many guests stayed overnight at the Marriott and joined in for the casual morning breakfast. The staff continued wrapping around our families until the weekend was complete. It was a magical wedding event and we couldn't have been happier with our Marriott experience!

The gazebo was such a beautiful location for our ceremony & our indoor reception just knocked our socks off.
