Hi there! I’m Josslyn, a Connecticut-based wedding florist and the founder of The Flowr Studio, a Latina-owned floral design studio rooted in artful and intentional design. I love creating florals that feel organic and inspired by nature, with a balance of garden style and modern elegance. Every arrangement is a chance to express creativity, tell a story, and bring beauty into a moment that matters. Our name, The Flowr Studio, comes from the idea of flow state, that immersive place of focus where time just seems to kind of disappear. I find that same peace and presence when I design, letting flowers guide me as I shape each piece with care.

My Secret Garden LLC is a boutique floral design and event styling studio based in Connecticut area (we travel too!). Our studio is run by Ulyana and Yuliya Lyalka, a sister duo. Ulya is the principal designer while Yuliya supports us in onsite events. Flowers are our love language and a medium with which we use to express emotions and celebrate meaningful life moments. In our studio, we harmonize rooted principles of floristry with a modern-day aesthetic that is both natural and playful. ​

Specializing in English Garden designs. Bethany Florist and Gift Shoppe was started by the lovely Anne, back in the 80s. She created a wonderful florist and gift shop offering unique gifts and fresh cut flowers to the residents of Bethany and beyond. In 2015, she passed the torch to Bethany Native, Rachel. For 4 Years, Rachel continued to serve the community with the same service and love that Anne had done. Growing every day in her designs and finding her unique style.

The granddaughter of two gardeners, I have always felt a connection to the earth through the soil. When someone brings flowers into a room, something changes...an energy, an excitement! I love being able to bring that kind of beauty into peoples lives. I'm a small-town girl who enjoys anything that involves working with my hands from cooking to knitting. I'm a total animal lover (partial to dogs), a die-hard Grey's Anatomy fan, and I take my martinis extra dirty. When I'm not flowering in our studio in Milford, Connecticut, I'm mommin' to three amazing little boys (our dog Pippa and cat, Galaxy).
