“If we could give Huria's 10 stars, we would! Adriana and Chef Mohaimen are an absolute joy to work with :) We hired Huria's as our caterer for our 90 person wedding. Since our wedding was taking place on a private residence, we had very specific criteria for a caterer and basically needed them to be self sufficient for gas, electricity, kitchen space, etc. Huria's took care of that without a problem! From the beginning, Adriana had clear and responsive communication. She answered my questions very quickly with care and knowledge. Their menu is absolutely delicious and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the carefully crafted appetizers and mains. My now husband and I originally had our reservations about wood fired pizza, fearing that the pizzas would be cold by the time guests came up to get it, but Huria's has their system down to a science. Every single guest was quickly served a hot meal and there was plenty of leftover food for second and third helpings. We also received so many compliments on the incredibly cute set up that Huria's brings to each event they cater. Their woodfired pizza oven, pop up bistro, and tables add rustic charm to any venue. Guests were blown away by the set up and it photographs beautifully! The team at Huria's is professional, warm, transparent about pricing, and provides incredible food with great service. I cannot recommend Huria's highly enough to anyone who is looking for a food caterer in the Northern California area! “When we first started planning our wedding, we reached out to so many caterers. Hazy BBQ stood out immediately. Not only did they fit our budget better than anyone else, but they were incredibly welcoming and easy to work with from day one. They invited us in for a tasting, answered every question we had, and made us feel so confident in our decision. Throughout the planning process, they were unbelievably accommodating. They helped with things like providing plates and a high chair for our nephew, and they even let me make menu changes the week before the wedding after I had a little bridal panic. They never made me feel like I was asking too much and were so kind every step of the way. Then came the food… and wow. It was phenomenal. We had guest after guest tell us it was some of the best wedding food they’d ever had. We went with three paellas, tapas, and a grazing board. The paellas were a big hit, and everyone got to have a delicious meal. It was also a cool experience for our guests to see the paellas being cooked. Alexa, Emily, and the staff were great, but they are quite busy, so communication can be slow. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Nora for your event. I knocked down a star because their communication skills aren't the best, but they were flexible on all our menu requests and were very accommodating to our last-minute timeline.”
