Dee Wagner Events is a full service event company offering farm to table catering, event planning, month of wedding coordination and seasonal floral design. Our food is driven by the seasons and folks tell us all the time they can't believe they are eating at a wedding and not a restaurant. We LOVE what we do and are honored to be part of your amazing day.

We're not just a caterer — we're a full-service team. Planning, day-of coordination, catering, and in-house floral design all live under one roof. Our menus follow the Marin farmers market week to week, built around what's genuinely in season rather than a fixed list. We cook on-site whenever possible and your guests will notice the difference. Every event we cater also supports NoHungerHere, our nonprofit providing meals to food-insecure neighbors in our community. And after 30 years, I still pick up the phone myself — connecting with you is the reason I do what I do and I'm excited to talk about your wedding.

Victoria + Peter

Victoria was my inspiration honestly---she was so down to earth and excited about her wedding. She was creative and organized and allowed us to take her vision and run with it. We added all kinds of great touches, floral wall paper to the bars, custom pink velvet pillows, floral toile linens. So many small touches that created a complete story. The pink on pink floral palette was amazing---our florist had so much fun.

Bridal flowers were petit posies featuring garden roses and peonies.

We elevated the couple at the ceremony site so everyone got a great view.

Amazing experience with Dee Wagner Events!
Dee and her team were incredible to work with for our wedding last August. From handling the rental order to cooking deliciously fresh food, they took care of everything. We got so many compliments from guests on the food. Special shoutout to Senia who was the absolute best day of coordinator! We felt like we were in great hands the entire time, and could relax and enjoy the day. Would highly recommend Dee and her team!

Wedding couple
Highly recommend Dee's team to any couples/event planners. We had 3 catering tastings and almost were going to give up having decent food at our outdoor wedding, and then we found Dee. We were very impressed at the food she prepared: they were freshly made with high quality ingredient and mostly importantly delicious!! For rentals, Dee and her team (Senia) had helped so so much along the way. They are always responsive during our communications and super organized in terms of setup details. Lastly, thanks to their pastry chef Janelle who made this lovely and dreamy wedding cake for us! We are just so grateful and feel very lucky to have Dee's team as our catering vendor.

10/10 – Couldn’t Recommend Dee More!
I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Dee and her team. Dee provided the catering, florals, and planning for my wedding, and every aspect exceeded my expectations. First, the food was absolutely incredible. I received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was. I especially loved that Dee incorporated fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients into the menu. The dinner and bar service were both seamless, professional, and exceptional. Second, the florals were absolutely stunning. They were even more beautiful than I had imagined and perfectly captured the vision I had for our wedding day. Finally, I worked with Dee and her team throughout the entire year leading up to my wedding. They were incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. When I arrived at the venue, I was completely blown away by how beautifully everything had been set up. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and it truly felt like a dream come to life. I can’t recommend Dee and her team highly enough. They made our wedding day absolutely perfect, and I am so grateful for everything they did.
