I pour so much love and passion into this work, and I’m excited to share some of that with you. I love expressing, interpreting and creating backdrops for love stories of all kinds, using the color, light and texture of local, seasonal blooms. I started my design business in Seattle 12 years ago and am now based in Bellingham, where I grow cut flowers and have access to amazing locally sourced blooms.

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. I’ve always had a love for flowers and a passion for creating beautiful things! My love for flowers and weddings started eary, long before I ever held a bouquet of my own. In 2026, we’re bringing the magic to Louisiana as we kick off a brand-new season in a brand-new state! What started as a creative outlet quickly became a full-blown obsession. I’m a garden girl at heart, sourcing blooms from local farms (and my own backyard!) to craft designs that are fresh, intentional, and wildly unique.
