From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the perfect spot, but the level of care, flexibility, and personal touches we experienced far exceeded even our highest expectations. A huge and heartfelt shoutout to Jennifer Brown, the onsite wedding coordinator, who was nothing short of a miracle worker. When unexpected rain threatened our outdoor ceremony, Jennifer seamlessly pivoted our entire setup indoors—without missing a beat. Her calm, professional demeanor kept us at ease, and the indoor ceremony space ended up being absolutely breathtaking. Jennifer went above and beyond, from setting up every detail perfectly to designing us a custom mirror and personalized decals for our wedding Jordans. It’s these thoughtful, unique touches that truly set her apart. We also want to thank Jenn York, the amazing owner of The Coachman. Canyon Run Ranch was the wedding venue of our dreams! Amy was always prompt in her communication leading up to the day and went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions and concerns were answered. My sister is in a wheel chair, and we were concerned about her ability to move through out the venue, but Amy ensured she was able to access everything from the ceremony space, cocktail hour, and reception barn! The venue itself is gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice at all; it is straight out of a fairy tale! We used their recommended vendors list for catering and had 0 issues with the service. We also went with craft event bar for the DJ, alcohol, and planning services and I cannot recommend them enough. It made the entire day seamless so that both myself and my husband could relax and enjoy the day! Also, wedding cat was a fan favorite!

I was a wedding photographer for years. I always hoped for weddings at The Willow Tree as I knew the event would be seamless and I would capture fairytale images abound. Then when I was engaged, I knew it was the only place I wanted to be married. Ben is amazing to work with, helpful and open to any ideas. He makes the day effortless and exactly what you dream of. It has been almost 4 years since my wedding there and people still stop and tell me it was the most magical, beautiful wedding they have ever been to. The only tiny issue I had was.I wish you could get in a little earlier in the morning to start decorating. But that is minor and I am a perfectionist. Everything is thought out and flows perfectly. It is somehow grand, dream like and sweeping while also being intimate. The cost is reasonable. But truly, you can't really put a price on magic.
