Conveniently located in Wilmington, Delaware, The Farmhouse is family owned and operated and hosts one event per day. The historical estate boasts a beautiful outdoor ceremony site underneath romantic willow trees & four acres of manicured grounds and gardens. Hosting up to 190 guests, the Farmhouse offers numerous indoor spaces for your event including the bright and open main terrace hall, indoor lounge and bar, dressing suites and more. Outside, a large wrap around deck and patio overlook the gazebo bar & gardens. The Farmhouse is proud to be a women-owned business, still managed by the fourth generation of the Murray family. The Cloisters is a historic home designed to look like a European castle, featuring delicately carved wood, exquisitely detailed stained glass, and ornately designed wrought iron, much of which was sourced from European castles. There are multiple indoor and outdoor locations for your ceremony and reception. Several movies have been filmed here, including Cry Baby with Johnny Depp, and Will Smith and Jada Pinkett were married here on New Years' Eve in 1997!

Belmont Manor is a restored 1738 era historic site with extensive gardens and outbuildings, perfect for the quintessential garden wedding. We are considered an outdoor venue. Nestled on 68 acres of rolling green hills, this 18th Century property offers warm hospitality. Belmont Manor is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply that are different from privately owned venues. The Park provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator.

This notable estate is truly a one-of-a-kind property at which to host your wedding celebration. The mansion was built in the 1850’s and is the former home of William DuPont Sr. and his family. Your ceremony can be held on the sprawling lawn alongside a charming gazebo and gorgeous perennial garden. An elegant reception then follows beneath a pristine clear outdoor tent or, for a more intimate crowd, in one of the mansion’s luxurious indoor rooms. Bellevue Hall features stylish dining rooms, elaborate marble fireplaces, a sophisticated wood-paneled library, and an enormous central foyer with a grand staircase. Gramercy’s beautifully-landscaped gardens set the scene for your romantic wedding ceremony and reception. Gramercy Mansion and the gardens, as well as a charming Carriage House, may be reserved for corporate and private events year round. Our innkeepers graciously welcome, accept and respect all couples, families, and guests at our venue. We also have an on-site E/V Charging Station available for our guests, free of charge. With historic indoor spaces decorated with elegant antiques, a charming enclosed garden atrium and lovely landscaped gardens for outdoor ceremonies and cocktail receptions, Gramercy Mansion provides a scenic setting for weddings and celebrations year-round. Eleven bed and breakfast rooms and suites are also available by separate reservation, an ideal wedding night retreat!

Historic mansion, river vistas and forever fields, the world of Brittland personifies an old world luxury elegance in a rural setting. The hilltop setting commands magnificent views of the Chester River. Brittland Manor gives the discerning couple a series of settings and moods to create their distinctive celebration. This secluded mansion has a garden, pool, wildlife pond, 530 riverside acres, and woodside fields. A waterfront cottage perfectly compliments the 530 acre Brittland Manor estate. It offers a rustic riverside setting for ceremony and/or a rehearsal dinner.

This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.

We're a blank slate and host weekend weddings, so estimates given are for Friday - Sunday morning. We also have 15 years experience and know how to help with all the details. Our point is surrounded by miles of water, with sunrise over the Choptank River and sunset over the Chesapeake Bay. We have no neighbors, no cut-off times, and we customize our weddings using our local vendors. We have no hidden fees. We set up meetings with your vendors and you pay them directly. Because we have one of the most unique locations, we had hosted some of the most unique weddings guests have ever attended. The privacy of our point ensures the freedom to make your day as special as you are as a couple. And with plenty of time, there is no rush enjoying the point with your friends and family.
