I've had a camera in my hand since I was a kid. My mom was a wedding photographer also. I spend my days taking photos because it inspires me and fills me with joy. To me, there is nothing better than capturing a beautiful moment. I have photographed weddings all over the US TX, NY and the Hudson Valley, the East Coast, as well as in Europe, the Caribbean, & Hawaii. A few more things about me… I love the ocean, traveling, exploring, hiking, dancing, the change of seasons, the outdoors, sunrises, sunsets, walking without a destination, that few minutes of magical golden light before the sun sets, life… and telling stories with photographs.

We decided to name our business Exodus Sound Company because it is always our goal to walk our own path as entertainers. We’re going exciting places that are uncharted in the wedding entertainment business. The journey of the last few years has led us to a new kind of business. One that combines live music with DJ for the seamless event filled with variety and exploding with unique wonder at every turn.

My interest in photography sparked when I was young as I watched my dad photograph everything around him. I asked for my first camera when I was 8 years old, and from the first moment it was in my hands, I couldn't put it down. I photographed EVERYTHING from bugs to people to Beanie Babies, filling shoeboxes with negatives and little 3x5 prints. After coloring "backdrops" on notebook paper for each beanie babie and having a full-on photo shoot, I knew photography would be a part of my life forever. :P I photographed my first wedding in November, 2008: over 200 weddings, 7 countries, and 20 states later, and I am still loving every second.

I’m a hopeless romantic that's in an international long-distance marriage for almost ten years. I really enjoy documenting weddings. It’s one giant Rubik's Cube of composing interesting images, telling family history, figuring out the optimal light, and just getting to know people. My passion is to keep pushing my art and create a timeless product you will still cherish 50 years from now. I want to create honest photos that capture the realness of your relationships. A few years ago we opened Hank’s as a neighborhood restaurant, bar and cafe. Located in the Windsor Park neighborhood of Austin, we offer everything from California style comfort food like grain bowls and gourmet burgers to fresh seafood, wood grilled salmon. We make everything in-house, including bread, pastas and pastries. We recently started Hank’s Catering to help make it easier for all those Hank’s out there that love to throw tons of parties to take away the burden of cooking and allow even the hosts enjoy the parties they throw just like their guests do.

We would love to not only host your wedding ceremony & reception, but we are also focusing on all the other events leading up to the wedding, such as the showers, bridesmaids luncheons, and especially the hard-to-find rehearsal dinner space! Our venue began its life in the 1860's as the original post office & general store for the area, was moved to its current location in 1917 & expanded over the years. We have lovingly restored it to usher it into the next phase of its long history--a fabulous event venue! It is fully completed and we are now booking! It was a huge 6600SF project, plus we are installing amazing antique rose gardens around the venue grounds. We have 2 spaces: Heritage Rose Hall, & the Tea Rose Room, an intimate private room perfect for small events. Both venues open on to the Antique Rose Veranda which is our gorgeous diamond-patterned courtyard, completely surrounded by climbing antique roses & gardens. LGBTQ welcome!

The building covers 29,000 square feet, and features an impressive taproom and brewhouse that would serve as the perfect backdrop. If you are looking for something outside, the venue has an airy and bright 5,000-square-foot covered patio that is perfect for mingling. Additionally, you can utilize the private Brewer's Loft that overlooks the brewery operations. When it comes to food and drink, the Pinthouse Brewery excels. The Private Event Menu offers a wide range of delicious options, including bar snacks, salads, sandwiches, pizza, and dessert. When it comes to libations, you and your guests will enjoy tasting some of the brewery's tasty craft beers.

I absolutely love gathering with friends and family to celebrate really anything. But to gather for a love that lasts forever? Even better! Music is where my heart is and loving and laughing pairs with it extremely well. So, when I’m asked to DJ a wedding, my heart is full. I focus on my couples and have for the last 5 years of being in business. The fact that I get paid to do this is often times unreal. Hi, I'm Amber! Thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I'm proud to be a native Texan (Yeehaw)! I love to be social and connect with people, but I probably use way too many emojis and GIF's . I enjoy listening to audio-books - I listen to several of them a month (thank you public libraries)! I love plants but I, unfortunately, don't have a green thumb. I began with Wildflower Barn Photography in 2014 and have since had the opportunity to meet and photograph so many amazing couples. I'm certain when I say have the BEST job in the universe. I hope we can connect soon!

I have been playing guitar in Austin, Texas... ...since 1989. I am a full time musician and I perform regularly for corporate events and weddings. Even though I have been playing the guitar for so long there is still so much to learn. I enjoy the process of learning new things and improving on what I already know. There are endless ways you can play a song and there are so many good songs to play. I was born in 1966 so I am heavily influenced by the music around that era which explains The Beatles, Stevie Wonder and The Great American Songbook.
