Your ceremony is more than a ho-hum prelude to a rocking party---it should be joyous (or hilarious!) telling of your story, a love story that gives your guests a reason to celebrate! It should be a well-thought out reflection of your values, what love and marriage mean to you. I am thoughtful, warm, intentional, and genuine in my approach---I see my role as a friendly guide to help you figure out what your options are, shower you with resources, and help you navigate the sometimes tricky waters surrounding weddings. I'll walk you through the creation process, tell your story, and perform you ceremony with warmth and joy!

Couples often tell me that---to their surprise---the ceremony is the part of the day they remember most. Your ceremony is not only an opportunity for you to tell your story to your family and friends, but also a chance for the two of you to reflect on your relationship & what marriage truly means to you. Storytelling is at the heart of what I do, and I love helping couples tell their story!

    Katrina is an absolute wizard of words, the most compassionate soul, and someone who makes your special moments in life a million times more special with her magic touch! Katrina left such a lasting impact on us after creating a dream wedding ceremony that we have connected with her throughout the past ten years for other ceremonies as well, like a ‘welcome to the world’ ceremony for our firstborn, an intimate vow renewal, and I know we will continue to have her in our lives for many more celebrations! Katrina has the ability to take all of our messy thoughts and feelings and put them into the most beautiful, meaningful words that resonate with not only us but anyone who hears the words for years to come! I always leave our meetings thinking “It’s like she is in our heads! She just gets it!” She takes the time to really get to know you and adds such special intimate touches to the ceremonies that make you feel even closer in your relationship.
