I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Babysitting Connection. They stepped in during one of the most stressful times for our family, after one nanny left and another childcare arrangement unexpectedly fell through. My family has been with Babysitting Connection since they opened in 2020, and can't recommend them enough! They put a lot into screening their sitters. They've been wonderful with my neurospicy kids. Our sitters have always been on time, courteous, and VERY communicative (important for an anxious mom like me). Our interactions with the Babysitting Connection have always been punctual, professional, and respectful. I'm grateful for a mom-led company doing the seemingly impossible work of finding trustworthy and reliable childcare.

Warning to parents: avoid Babysitting Connection. Several sitters didn’t show up, and the ones who did were very strange; one looked like they came out of nowhere and appeared homeless, which was unsettling when trusting them with a child. The owner personally calls you and feels the need to put you down as a mother for simply having feedback or asking questions. They also shamed me for not wanting to use a sitter they automatically assigned to me. The owner is extremely unprofessional and defensive. This whole business feels unsafe, unprofessional, and like a scam. I would strongly advise other parents to stay far away.

As a church staff member who coordinates our babysitters, I’ve had a great experience using this service. It’s easy to organize, and the sitters are always quick to fill the openings we need. It has been such a helpful way for our parents to get plugged into church while knowing their kids are in good hands. Highly recommend!
