Service is top notched - from the Front Desk team (Rachel) who professionally assisted with the investigation of the reservation hiccup that Citibank /its Citi Book Travel team had to the Valet Parking team (Michaela on 9/14 and team on duty on 9/13) who were all very professional, friendly and helpful in answering loading and parking questions. Would have loved to provided higher ratings with the room, but the hot water consistency was not there during the day, but was better at night and the evacuation of the water at the sinks and the bath tub were generally slower than expected. Try to improve those and keep up with the good work!

Pecan Springs Ranch was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we reached out, the staff was incredibly helpful, service-oriented and enthusiastic about making our vision a reality. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a natural Texas charm that provided the ideal backdrop for our special day. The gorgeous fireplace ceremony site and reception hall were versatile spaces that allowed us to create the wedding of our dreams. We especially loved all the cute, vintage furniture pieces we were able to rent to complete the look. Pecan Springs Ranch truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable.

This was the second venue that we toured, and the moment we stepped out of the car, we knew we had to book this for our wedding. Every inch of this place tells a story and has an amazing vibe. Matt and Renee were a dream to work with. They understood our vision and tried to make any ideas we had work. It happened to be the one time in Texas it rained for our day (of course!), but it actually turned out to be stunning weather. They were so fast shifting between rain and sun plans, still accommodated what we had in mind while also ensuring our guests were taken care of. They have amazing connections with people in the wedding business, literally every recco we went with they provided was perfect. I still am depressed about the day being over because it was just that good. I will forever recommend this venue - you truly can't go wrong.
