A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. The Barn at Sycamore Farms is a scenic, flexible wedding venue set on 28 acres in Arrington, Tennessee, just outside Franklin and Nashville. The property can be arranged a number of ways to host large or small weddings. There are plenty of spaces for parties to move around on property, which offers lots of options and ideas. Best of all, we work with some of the best vendors in the business - wedding planners, caterers, bartenders, rentals, DJ's, photographer, videographers and more! Our property is unique in a number of ways, one being the opportunity to sleep at the estate after festivities. The home is equipped with beds to sleep 24 and can accommodate even more.

We specialize in transforming outdoor spaces into enchanting micro wedding venues. Our all-inclusive packages cater to up to 64 guests at select park shelters in Lebanon and Columbia, Tennessee. We provide complete décor, setup, and breakdown, including everything from ceremony arch and aisle to guest tables and a sweetheart table. Thank you for your interest in River Pointe Ranch. We charge $6,000 with a $500 damage deposit. After your event I will write you a $500 check as long as nothing major is damaged. So you're only paying the $6000 for our venue. You get a Friday set up, all day Saturday till 11pm and a Sunday afternoon cleanup. We have a bar that is available. You are welcome to hire a bartender and/or server. We have many extras including tables, chairs, bridal suite, PA systems, DJ lighting, stages, arbors, and access to our decor closet at NO EXTRA COST. We do not cater weddings but have a list of vendors you can choose from or bring your own catering company. We also DJ events and work as a Day of Coordinator at no extra charge.
