We buy local as much as possible and are always on the hunt for sustainably grown beauties. We chase the best of the season, often delighting in the underused and less-seen pod, fruiting branch, and oddity. During our region's non-growing season, we source from what is available to us from around the world, always keeping the mindset of the least ecological footprint option first.

Education, in combination with her desire to stay current with trends in the floral industry are what set her apart. Choy is a former member in the Blue Ridge Chapter of Ikebana, the Ikebana International of Asheville, and is a former member of NC State Florist Association.
