“Anica is fantastic. Her work is beautiful and she helped me and my bridal party to feel confident and pampered on the day of the wedding. I chose to do a trial before the wedding on Anica's recommendation, and I am so glad that I did! I did not realize my skin would have sensitivity issues to some of the products so it was great to find that out BEFORE it was my wedding day. Anica work around these sensitivities and created a look I am still so in love with. The pictures I attached are intentionally spaced throughout the day to show that the makeup application held up throughout photos, ceremony, and the after party. Not only is Anica talented, but she was able to provide council on what type of makeup to choose based on my/other recipient's desires and complexion needs. She was even willing to apply false lashes to one of my bridesmaids, last minute, who did not choose to book a makeup application! I cannot recommend Be Pretty enough!”

“Working with True Vermont Beauty was wonderful from start to finish. Liesel was communicative and professional in her response to my initial inquiry, and the survey/questionnaire that was sent to me helped me and my bridesmaids start thinking about what we wanted style-wise. Andrea and Karla did both my bridal trial and were our day of artists – and they were both truly wonderful. For the trial – I was offered a variety of options and I really felt like the look I ended up with was something that was truly me and that would last all day (I'm an easy crier). The team also provided great logistics info like start times and when to be ready so that we had a realistic timeline to get everything done for a first look at 2PM. They also worked really well with my florist – who was providing a floral hairpiece, and worked the floral arrival time into the timeline. Day of – Andrea and Karla were wonderful. They moved through 7 hair services and 5 makeup services, they even ran early, and everyone looked so beautiful! They were also super fun, and we had a great time chatting throughout the morning. The mood was great to say the least. My hair stayed in place until the end of the night when I took it out around midnight, and the same thing with my makeup. Everything stayed exactly as it was, no movement, no running, no smearing – which was just incredible because not only did I walk around in some light rain but it was also quite warm AND I cried several times. So – absolute kudos to this team, I can’t recommend them highly enough!”

“Writing reviews was the last things I had on my big ol wedding to-do list. I mostly put it off because I truly did not know how to put into words how perfect most of my vendors were. Jessica was no short of perfection. She was incredibly easy to schedule with, chat with about what I wanted, and offered up advice on all things beauty. Her package deal is incredible, her pre wedding face kit is amazing, her touch up kit is still use to this day, and her own facial products are some of my faves. I didn’t have “mini facial” on my wedding morning timeline but omfg I would tell every bride it’s absolutely necessary. During my trial (at her adorable home studio!) we went in a traditional direction and 5 months later I asked her to pivot entirely and go foundation-less. I’d seen it on her Instagram page and was so impressed and oh man did she pull it off. I felt so natural (I’m not someone who usually wears anything but moisturizer and mascara) and to not have to wear foundation on my wedding day was such a relief. I felt so incredibly beautiful on my wedding day - and so did my bridesmaids. Jessica is worth. Every. Penny. She brought multiple options based on my likes day-of and created a beautiful look that was everything I’d hoped for. I don’t wear makeup often and I’m not great at describing the makeup styles I like, but Tayla listened and explained my choices very kindly and professionally, and the result was completely perfect.
