“I was originally planning to do my makeup myself, and my mom and bridesmaids were too, until I found Glowee by Huong! As soon as we saw their work, we all changed our minds. None of us are originally from TX, so we weren't too into big, bronzed glam. We loved how Glowee's signature style was softer.
Anna was the main point of contact. She was easy to talk to and responsive by email. I never worried about the processes or contractual obligations. She quickly made any necessary changes and was incredibly clear about expectations for her staff, me, and the bridesmaids. She set me up with one of the artists on her team and sent me photos of their work so I could make sure I was comfortable with that artist. She handled all the logistics, like setting up our schedule and facilitating the trial hair appointment, which was extremely helpful.
Charlize was my bridal hair and makeup artist and she was just perfect! At our trial, we combined our ideas and tested a few different techniques, which was fun. She checked in with me to see how the makeup and hair held up throughout the trial day and took notes on what I liked and didn't. Then, on the day of, we made changes, and everything turned out stunning.
My bridesmaids and mom also got their hair and makeup done by the team and were SO beautiful. There was a small scheduling mishap, but we resolved it, and the artists were extremely understanding and kind, even through the confusion.”
