Built in 1840, the historic Federal Style house sits at the center of the farm, with sweeping views of the surrounding fields and forests. A small stage, built on the 3rd floor in 1870, was identified as the “Dramatic Hall.” This emblematic building had been abandoned for about 20 years and fallen into disrepair until 2012, a complete renovation took place restoring the 1870-era theater.
