“Jesse and the Visual Event Films team did an unbelievable job on our narrative driven wedding video. It is unique, captivating, and satisfyingly “us”. He and the team went above and beyond to capture film representative of our relationship both before and during our wedding day – going so far as to join us on a 2 hour hike to the summit of a nearby mountain. Jesse himself is not only a talented videographer, but a wonderful person. He spent multiple zoom calls with us to go through the plan for the wedding day to make sure they captured everything we wanted, interviewing us to get a sense of who we are and what’s important to us, and even explaining his design process. He never rushed us off the call, and we always felt he fully and honestly answered our questions. Jesse and his team offered us this wonderful option of the “narrative-driven wedding video”. Rather than a more traditional wedding video that recaps the day in its entirety, they used cinematography as a medium to communicate subtle and profound elements of our relationship and values that would otherwise have likely been absent from the piece. The Visual Event Films team created a work of art that we treasure, and find ourselves watching over and over again.”
