“My daughter and her husband chose Milton Ridge for their wedding venue. I live on the opposite coast so I had no opportunity to have a look myself. She and her husband were very happy with the layout of the property and the location. She assured me that staff were warm and friendly as well as very professional and that all questions were addressed promptly and in great detail. My daughter and her husband felt listened to and respected by everyone at Milton Ridge. I was anxious but it was their wedding and they had done a lot of research! I am overjoyed that they chose Milton Ridge for their very special day!! I spoke to many guests and family members that day and evening; everyone had high praise for the couple’s choice of venue. The property is self-contained with a beautiful turn of the century chapel on the lower level of the property and a very large bricked patio on the upper level; with an enormous wooden gazebo at one end and tiered garden area at the opposite end. Indoor or outdoor wedding?? Hard to choose as both areas are sooooo lovely. The Bridal suite and Grooms quarter are in a building adjacent to the chapel on the lower level of the property. Another turn of the century building with Bridal suite, porch and porch swing on the ground level and the Grooms quarters on the 2nd level via a private enclosed stairway; providing total privacy for both parties and their respective entourages. Both areas were very well appointed, comfortable and large; plenty of room for multiple people in each area to get ready for the big day! The Reception Hall was on the upper level with a porch and short stairway leading from the hall to the outdoor patio. The Hall was fresh and bright with plenty of room for DJ, tables, dance floor, bar and buffet without feeling overfilled or crowded. Bride and Groom chose the bar-b-que menu for their dinner; it was beautifully presented, delicious and plentiful. No one left Milton Ridge hungry that evening! The wait staff and bartenders were all very attentive and had obviously been very well trained at table service and bar service respectively. Music was provided by a DJ who was contracted by Milton Ridge and was included with the package that my daughter and her husband had chosen. The selection was a mix of old and new with the focus of getting the guests up and dancing. He was very good at his job and he accomplished his goal! Last but definitely not least; the photographer; also contracted with Milton Ridge! He was amazing!!! The unique shots, quality and beauty of his work left us speechless. He was everywhere, but never in the way, always inconspicuous and watching for that perfect candid shot. Even his posed photos had a very relaxed casual look about them. All photos were organized and available to the newlyweds on the Milton Ridge website within 10days of their wedding day!! ALL pictures belong to her and her husband to print, copy and share with whoever they wish!! Milton Ridge exceeded my expectation and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!”

“AMAZING! Just amazing job done by Colt and his team. I was panicking when I got to the venue because hair and makeup ran an hour over, he assured me we were fine and we’d have plenty of time. He kept us on schedule for the ceremony and reception and just was there every second. Once we got into the reception he brought my husband and I ice packs and put them in the back of our shirt/dress. He made sure we got food, drinks, etc. Colt is amazing. The venue is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone told me how amazing the venue was and the food was so good. The cake was absolutely amazing. The DJ was amazing! We had the best time. I can’t recommend Jordan Springs Estate enough. You won’t be disappointed.”

Chanel connected us with amazing vendors, including our caterer, DJ, officiant, and photographer, and made the entire planning process feel seamless. She helped to ensure we were getting good prices, and she was always accommodating, communicative, responsive, and wonderfully organized, which made us feel completely at ease leading up to the big day. The venue itself is stunning—elegant, charming, and full of character. Our wedding was in late April, and the venue grounds were lush and vibrant with greenery and flowers. One of the highlights was the ample on-site lodging, which allowed the wedding party to stay with us over the weekend. Being able to spend extra time with our close friends and loved ones in such a beautiful setting made everything even more special. After the wedding, we took advantage of the fire pit on the property, and it turned out to be the perfect way to wind down with our wedding party and share a few more laughs before the weekend came to a close. Greenock Manor is a 150 year old Farmhouse with towering giant trees. The Manor is a beautiful restored traditional American Victorian style farmhouse with a delightful wrap around balcony. We aim at a homely feel for our bridal families to reduce stress. We include a ton of props - so please visit us - we look so forward to meeting you. We set up the ceremony chairs for our couples as well as the tables and chairs for the reception area before you arrive for your wedding day to reduce stress. Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 18 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. We can include a planner to manage your wedding on your wedding day too!

“Having just passed our one year anniversary, we are beyond thrilled at the lifelong memory we created having our wedding at Old Farm Winery! From our first site visit on a rainy, December day, we knew the space would be beautiful for a spring wedding. Right away, we felt the space would perfectly capture our vision while also being the perfect size for our day. Caroline and her team were extremely communicative and worked hard to appreciate the aspects that made our wedding unique. Plus, we really valued having the whole side of the property to ourselves the entire day - something other wineries can’t provide. Some notes about how we used the space: The upstairs rooms were perfect for getting ready (the bridesmaids added on morning hours to get ready on-site), and the porch was the ideal space for our first look! Our Wedding Party also fit perfectly into a first floor room for our Ketubah signing ceremony. At our 60-day walkthrough, Caroline and her team presented a few options for our ceremony layout - We loved having our ceremony facing the big tree. Caroline and her team were also flexible accommodating our homemade Chuppah. We had to have a band play our reception (we loved Bachelor Boys!), and having a band, buffet and 12 10-person tables was the right amount for the space. We opted against a defined dance floor and didn’t miss it at all. Miscellaneous thoughts: Old Farm is drone-approved, and our videographer captured gorgeous scenic shots of the property! We chose one of the suggested caterers. Double check they have a license to serve in Virginia, otherwise they can walk you through the one-day licensing process to purchase drinks and have them serve on your behalf. Busses transporting guests might suggest multiple, smaller seaters to best navigate the parking lot. We had 3 34-seat busses instead of 2 55-seaters. Additionally, the venue does not allow open flames at all (even under glass votives), so we used flameless votives. The wine is delicious, and we had no trouble hitting our minimum! We had a beautiful wedding our family and friends are still talking about. Our guests had so much fun, and we felt at ease planning the day of our lives knowing the staff at Old Farm was professional, kind and on-top-of every aspect of our day. We intentionally chose a venue we could come back to in future years, and look forward to future trips to the Old Farm tasting room. One additional note: my out-of-town parents flew in for New Years leading up to our May wedding and visited the property unannounced the following day. The staff warmly gave them a private tour of the entire space and a drink in the tasting room. My parents loved the first-class, gracious service, which helped confirm to my wife and I that we made the right choice.”

“An employee we love was moving on to the next chapter of their employment. She picked the Lost Rhino Brewing Company, because we had hosted another employee moving on event their prior. The service was great, reserving on-line was easy, we ended up having to call because of the large amount. They had our space lined out and gave us two great waiters to serve us. “The venue was perfect for our October wedding. We held the ceremony under the Pavilion just before sunset so by the lighting was perfect! The vibe is a little country or rustic so it was perfect for our sunflower theme. Our reception in the barn was spacious and we didn’t feel crowded with our party of 85 guests. The buffet was delicious, and our special bride and groom mocktails were seasonal and delicious too! We were able to have a video showing on the large screen TV’s which was extra special. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Clyde’s as a wedding venue. Be sure to book early to get the date and time you want.”

“Highly recommend Cana Vineyards for your wedding. The perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony, I honestly couldn't get over the view. “Evergreen was the perfect venue for our October wedding. The mountain views in the stone garden where we had our ceremony were unbeatable. Desiree, the day-of coordinator, worked with me from beginning to end, responding quickly and so helpfully! She arranged my decor exactly as I had pictured it in my head and went above and beyond to make everything so beautiful. The staff were amazing and kept the day running smoothly. We ended up getting pretty far behind on our timeline, but nobody noticed because of how well they worked the event. Everything seemed seamless!”

“We had the most AMAZING wedding here and the team at Belmont, Rhonda, Avery, and Elizabeth, were phenomenal throughout the whole process. They were very organized and ensured everything ran smoothly and was set up perfectly. They brought our vision to life and I could not be more thankful! They were always flexible and quick to respond to any questions and emails. They were always super helpful and knowledgeable. The venue itself is also beautiful and very spacious. The bridal and groom suite had so much room to get ready in and the grooms suite even has a pool table! All of our guests said this was one of the best wedding venues they have seen. The manor house is on the other side of the country club so it felt like its own venue and separate. The food is also amazing and great quality! All our guests were very impressed with all the food and said it was the best wedding food they have had! We had everything from hors d'oeuvres to late night snacks (definitely get the pizza!!). It's about average pricing to other similar venues in the area. You will not regret booking this venue!”

“We had such a wonderful reception at this venue! The staff was so kind and informative throughout the whole process, from the virtual tour to the cleanup on the day. We had Jaime and Kali with us on the day, Caroline and Erin also helped with planning. Our space was the Production Barn and it suited our needs perfectly. The wines were amazing, we had a great time tasting them all during the walkthrough and they were very much enjoyed. Having the Barn’s patio expanded the space and gave our guests more options. Overall happy with how our event turned out!”

She answered all my questions during the entire planning process with so much knowledge. She never made me feel like I was a nuisance or annoying with so many questions and emails. There was really no request that went ignored. Everything was set up perfectly on the day of. She made sure everything ran smoothly without overstepping into the fun part of the night. The service at the reception was great. Food was great! We really just had a wonderful time without any stress or worry. That is all you can really ask for on your wedding day and Regency, especially Cassidy, made sure we had an unforgettable day!”
