I reached out to her quite close to the event (within a week) and she was extremely responsive in working with me, pulling together a menu that aligned with exactly what we wanted and was able to handle gluten free preparation for a guests celiac disease. Justine was extremely efficient, professional and wonderful to work with. The food was phenomenal and the plating and details were all perfect! She went out of her way to procure adorable candles, printed menus, flowers and napkins all to match the theme of my sister’s party!
