Rosewood Events - A dream wedding and event destination. Rosewood is an elegant, private, country estate with 600 acres of manicured grounds and incredible views. There is a lovely tent for a covered reception for up to 200 that includes tables, chairs, bar, lighting and chandelier. This beautiful, crescent-shaped flagstone space wraps around one entire side of the building and features a Zen-like border of Japanese maples, native plants and graceful oaks. Handcrafted ceramic urns are integrated throughout and serve as artful and calming water features. You can opt to exchange vows in front of those wooden entry doors, or take full advantage of the patio’s pièce de résistance and say “I do” beneath an asymmetrical canvas canopy. Opened in spring of 2001, the Los Altos History Museum resides in an impressive three-level, 8,200-square-foot building – built entirely with private donations; building ownership was transferred to the City of Los Altos in 2002.
