Hello! We are Hart & Main. Hart & Main is a one-of-a-kind wedding and event venue opening in Spring of 2022 with indoor and outdoor options to fit any occasion. This space is well equipped with a full commercial kitchen and bar, a beautiful rooftop deck, bridal and groom suites and will feature a Mid-century vibe. ​The owners, Rob and Lisa Younkin, purchased an old, family-owned auto repair shop in March of 2018, intending to build a small apartment complex, only to find out that idea did not work well with the lot size. So they decided to put their heads together, and the idea of a wedding and event venue took off. From there comes Hart & Main. The vision for Hart & Main is to create a purpose-built, versatile and differentiated event space for people to enjoy.

Great for micro wedding reception / dinners, company cocktail party, holiday parties, special engagements of all sorts. The layout is single floor and clients can decorate the space as needed and very customizable. Clients can rent custom event rentals through us for your special event. We have a beautiful wine bar. We have professional events team available for all your needs such as; private chefs, caterers, bartenders, servers, event coordinators. Built in 1906, The Huron Substation is a stunning historical landmark originally used to serve downtown’s Yellow Car streetcar system. This one-of-a-kind building now offers guests the opportunity to experience the grandeur and majesty of a bygone era in Los Angeles, with modern amenities and style. The elegance and unique historical character of the building make it a perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. The main floor hosts a magnificent grand hall with century-old brick walls, arched windows, 8’ wide chandelier, concrete flooring, and 45-foot cathedral-like ceiling with exposed steel beams. A fire the building survived in the 1980s left a stunning black patina across the historic brick walls. An open staircase leads up to a 1,500-square-foot mezzanine above the main level. Large dramatic barn doors open up to the gorgeous outdoor courtyard with a planted garden, industrial deco fountain, and bistro lighting, the perfect space for an al fresco dining experience.

We are a Top floor penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The perfect space for gatherings or to celebrate a special event. There is no other space like this. We have packages for you to be able to customize the ceiling to a theme of your choice. We can split the space into two sections or you can buy the full space out. We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly We require a security team to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 4-5 business days of the event once everything checks out.

Millwick is an excellent event venue and wedding site for up to 175 people for ceremonies and receptions.
