We offer two unique event spaces: • The Bourbon Room – An intimate setting perfect for up to 200 guests. • The Louisiana Room – Our largest space, ideal for grand events of up to 300 guests.     Amazing Day!

    From our first conversation, the team at SGV Event Center's Louisiana Room responded to every question we had and made planning stress-free. Sam, our day-of coordinator, was incredible—she thought of everything and guided us through each step with genuine care. The space itself is stunning with soaring ceilings and excellent lighting that made our photos look gorgeous, plus the air conditioning kept our guests comfortable throughout the celebration. DJ Jose kept the energy high all night, and the food was absolutely delicious. We can't recommend this venue enough; the staff's thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly made our wedding day special.

    The team at SGV Event Center (Louisiana Room) was incredibly effective, efficient, and timely in their communication with us throughout the wedding planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly versatile and beautiful. They went above and beyond to coordinate all the details, provide thoughtful decor suggestions, beautifully set up the floral arrangements, and even helped us capture a vintage phone voicemail memoir that we'll cherish forever. Our wedding day was made even more special thanks to the incredible service and attention to detail from the SGV Event Center team.

    My Dream Wedding

    Brenda and the whole staff at SGV Event Center truly helped make my dream wedding. Brenda was my day of coordinator and went above and beyond for us throughout the night. She ensured everything ran smoothly and was there for my husband and I no matter what we needed. Their staff is honest and helpful. Towards the end of the night, my husband misplaced his wallet and they were quick to review the cameras and communicated with other staff to help us find it. Definitely recommend them!

Our peak season is typically during the summer and fall months, and around the holidays.
Off-peak season is generally January through March, when demand is lower and more dates are available.
Yes! We operate as an open bar venue—you bring the alcohol, and we provide the bartender. Please note: All drinks must be served in clear plastic cups (available for purchase). Shots are limited to 1oz and served only between 8 PM – 11 PM. Cocktails are permitted! No kegs or mixed drinks with multiple alcohols (e.g., Adios, Long Islands). No personal bottles are allowed at tables.
Yes, we offer ample free on-site parking for guests at all of our venues, as well as free public parking in surrounding parking lots.
Our Bourbon Room and Louisiana Room are wheelchair accessible with ramp entrances.

Each rental includes up to 8 hours of event time, typically from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Your event can begin anytime within that window—for example, dinner can start at 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, or later, as long as everything wraps by midnight. Doors open 1 hour prior to your dinner start time. So if dinner begins at 6:00 PM, doors would open at 5:00 PM. You’ll also have 45 minutes after the event ends (until 12:45 AM) to remove any items you brought in—no need to clean the venue. Vendors are allowed access for setup from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Additional hours may be available upon request (fees may apply).
