Since 2015, many engaged couples who seek to find a unique warehouse venue space walk through our doors with satisfaction - and we are grateful for your consideration. If you’re looking for a dramatic, versatile, industrial space with tons of original character, to host your wedding ceremony or reception, then our warehouse venue is the perfect place! Honeypot sets the tone for romance  and elegance, with our vintage-inspired white washed brick walls, exposed bow trusses, cathedral ceiling and incredible natural lighting. Our warehouse venue is broken up into two main spaces - your reception hall and ceremony room. In between exists your bridal lounge, bar area, kitchenette, vendor stations and storage. Hosting your ceremony and reception in their own dedicated spaces creates group intimacy each stage of your wedding demands. Our main reception hall is revealed once your ceremony and cocktail hour has concluded, delivering that mysteriously fun and shocking transition to your guests.

Ceremony Room

A modern warehouse venue with enormous charm, located in Downtown Los Angeles.

This room hosts your ceremony and cocktail hour. A unique space with 20 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls and three skylights offering great natural light. Once the ceremony has concluded this same spaces doubles as your cocktail hour area.

My husband & I were blessed enough to have our wedding 02/2020 right before the pandemic really hit (gathering with 150 people!? wow seems impossible now). While I was researching venues, I knew the look I was going for-industrial, white brick, concrete floors, minimalistic-and found HNYPT. It was the first venue we looked at... and ended up being the only one we looked at! We fell in love, its even more gorgeous than in pictures. The staff, especially Michael, were so nice & accommodating. The venue is gorgeous and a beautiful slate to have any event there. My other vendors also had great things to say about HNYPT. Even though parking in DT can be a nightmare, there is a parking lot across the street or you can rent out the adjacent parking lot (theres also street parking if you're lucky!). I 10/10 recommend booking with HNYPT!

We do not add a premium in peak season months. Our rates are the same all year around. Our rates are based on guest count.

Yes you can. However a licensed and insured bartender needs to serve your guests.

There are 7 public parking lots, totaling +600 parking spaces in the immediate area. Street parking is in abundance, and a dedicated valet station area is provided. Valet is not mandatory.

Yes, our facility is fully wheelchair accessible.

Payments are non-refundable unless a force majeure is present on your specific date preventing us from holding our event.

Farm tables, banquet tables, specialty chairs, couple's lounge, mobile bar, cocktail tables, and a list of our suggested vendors.

Yes, you need a wedding single day liability insurance policy. You can easily purchase one on popular insurance sites such as theeventhelper.com or wedsafe.com.

Yes there are three luxury boutique hotels just 2 blocks away. The Proper Hotel, The Hoxton Hotel and the STILE Downtown Hotel. All at walking distance.

Our neighborhood is part of "The Business Improvement District" which provides security patrol as well as cleaning patrol through out the day. In addition, we are located in the South Park District, just 4 block from LA Live, Convention Center and Crypto Arena and in-between 3,500 residential units comprised of luxury condos and luxury rental units.

Yes, a complimentary hour is accommodated so you can host your rehearsal. The date would be based on calendar availability.
