Terms and Conditions: Zola Engagement Party

1. Sponsor. The Zola Engagement Party events (the "Events") and the Zola Date Night Offer (the "Offer," together the "Program") are sponsored by Zola, Inc. ("Zola").

2. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase is required to participate. The Program is not a sweepstakes or contest; Event spots and Offer redemptions are available first come, first served, while supplies last.

3. Eligibility. Open to legal U.S. residents who are 21 or older and have a registered Zola account in good standing (guest requirements are in Section 13). Employees of Zola and the participating venues, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. Agreement. By registering for an Event, entering an Event venue, or redeeming the Offer, you agree to these Terms, the Zola Terms of Use, and the Zola Privacy Policy. These Terms control over the Terms of Use as to the Program.

5. Alcohol; Venue Responsibility. Each venue is an independent, licensed business and is the sole seller and server of any alcoholic beverages in connection with the Program. Zola's payment to a venue for hosted food and beverages does not make Zola a seller, server, or provider of alcohol. The venue is solely responsible for all aspects of alcohol service, including ID and age verification, decisions to serve, limit, or refuse service (including to anyone who appears intoxicated), staff training, and compliance with all liquor laws and license conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising from the service or consumption of alcohol must be brought against the venue, and Zola and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents have no liability for such claims. Alcohol will be served only to guests 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID. You are responsible for your own consumption and transportation; please drink responsibly and never drive after drinking. Non-alcoholic options will be available.

6. Conduct. Zola and the venue may refuse entry, deny service, or remove anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful, or who violates venue rules or these Terms, without compensation.

7. Privacy. Personal information collected for the Program, including through Eventbrite, is handled under the Zola Privacy Policy; Eventbrite's terms and privacy policy also apply to information you give Eventbrite.

8. Release; Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Zola, the venues, Eventbrite, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising from your participation in the Program, including attendance, food and beverage consumption, and travel, except claims arising from their gross negligence or willful misconduct. Without limiting Section 5, Zola is not responsible for any act or omission of a venue or its staff, including food preparation, allergens (please notify venue staff of any allergy), alcohol service, premises conditions, or security, or for technical failures, including Eventbrite errors.

9. Changes. Zola may modify, suspend, or cancel any part of the Program (including dates, venues, menus, hours, and quantities) at any time without liability, and will notify registered Event attendees of a cancellation where practicable.

10. Governing Law; Disputes. These Terms are governed by New York law. Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions of the Zola Terms of Use.

11. Private Events. Each Event is a private, invitation-only event hosted by Zola, closed to the general public and open only to confirmed registrants and their registered guests. The venue will be reserved exclusively for the event. Each Event includes open bar for 3 hoursand light bites, while supplies last.

New York, NY – November 11th, 2026, 6:00pm EST until 9:00pm EST, at Pearl Box

Chicago, IL – November 12th, 2026, 5:00pm CST until 8:00pm CST, at Clara

12. Registration and Guests. Registration opens October 26, 2026 at 6:00pm EST through the Eventbrite link Zola provides and closes when capacity is reached or on November 10th, 2026. Each Event is limited to 100 attendees, including guests. Only an Eventbrite confirmation guarantees a spot. You must register with the email address tied to your Zola account; limit one registration per account across all events. Each registrant may bring one guest, who need not have a Zola account but must be 21+. By providing your guest's information, you confirm you have their permission to share it with Zola for Event administration, and you are responsible for your guest's compliance with these Terms. Zola may maintain a waitlist.

13. Check-In; Non-Transferable. Registrant and guest must arrive together and present valid government-issued photo ID and the Eventbrite confirmation. Unclaimed spots may be released 30 minutes after start time. Registrations have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred; registrations offered for sale will be cancelled. Attendees are responsible for transportation and any costs not hosted by Zola.

14. Photography. Events will be photographed and recorded for Zola marketing. Every attendee, including guests, agrees to the Photo and recording release by attending this event. By registering for this event, I confirm I am 21 or older and grant Zola, Inc. and its affiliates, licensees, and agents ("Zola") permission to photograph, film, and record me at the Zola Engagement Party at Pearl Box in New York City on November 11th, 2026 or Clara in Chicago on November 12, 2026, and the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, publish, and distribute my name (as voluntarily provided), likeness, image, voice, and appearance as captured at the Event (the "Materials") in any media now known or later developed, for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes, without further notice, approval, or payment. Zola owns the Materials and is not obligated to use them. I waive any claim arising from Zola's use of the Materials, including invasion of privacy and right of publicity.
