Official Rules: Zola x Sandals Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Zola, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and prize providers are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes (the “Promotion”). This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: An eligible entrant may enter the Promotion between 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 5, 2026 and 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”) by checking the entry box and completing the entry form. To enter the Promotion without checking the entry box and completing the entry form, submit your entry by using this form. Entries made via the form must be received during the Entry Period to be considered. Limit one (1) entry per person; additional entries received from any person or email address will be void. Entries generated by script, bot, macro or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Limit one (1) entry per household.

DRAWING: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about April 15, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email, and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in the initial notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or such potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner selected. Up to three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize, after which prize will remain unawarded.

PRIZES: One (1) prizewinner (the “Prizewinner”) will receive one (1) 4-days/3-nights all-inclusive, Caribbean vacation for two (2) adults in a deluxe/luxury category room to any Sandals or Beaches Resorts (recipient’s choice) – AIRFARE NOT INCLUDED (the “Prize”). Unique Travel Corp is the provider of the Prize (the “Prize Provider”). The following terms and conditions apply to the Prize:

1. Prizewinner and travel companion must be 18 years of age or older.
2. The Prize will include luxurious accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy in a deluxe/luxury category room all meals, unlimited Premium Liquors, daily & nightly entertainment, an array of land and water sports activities, including daily Scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, resort gratuities, resort taxes, and transfers to and from the selected or designated resort’s airport.
3. “Exclusions” airfare, car rental, personal charges, incidentals, telephone calls, Premium Wi-Fi, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, room services, meals outside of the selected or designated resort, island departure taxes, purchases made at the Sandals Specialty or Gift Shops, baggage fees, customs duties, and travel insurance are not included.
4. The Prize will be issued in the form of a prize certificate (“Prize Certificate”) outlining the terms and conditions of the Prize and redemption procedures.
5. The Prize must be redeemed for travel within one (1) year between June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027 (the “Redemption Period”) and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the Redemption Period has expired. If the Prize is not redeemed, the Prize will be forfeited.
6. The Prize is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Reservations will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to the selected travel date. Confirmation of travel dates will only be provided 30 days prior to the departure date. Do Not Make Flight Arrangements Until Prior To Receiving Resort Confirmation.
7. Any federal, state and/or local taxes applicable to the Prize will be the prizewinner’s responsibility to pay. The Prizewinner will receive from Sponsor or its designee an IRS Form 1099 (or similar) in the amount of the Prize.
8. Substitution of Resort: Unique Travel Corp - the Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute the selected resort for another resort in the resort’s chain in a similar category, and to change dates without prior notice for any circumstance(s) beyond the selected resort’s control based upon availability for the secured travel dates. The terms and conditions agreed to shall apply with equal applicability to any resort which is the subject of substitution or deviation. Neither Unique Travel Corp nor Sandals or Beaches Resorts shall be liable for any claim made whatsoever, including but not limited to loss, compensation, or refund by reason of such substitution or deviation.
9. Compliance with Government Entities: Unique Travel Corp, its affiliates, and parent as well as Sandals Resorts and/or Beaches Resorts and each of their related entities shall have the right to comply with any and all orders, recommendations, or directions whatsoever given by any government entity or by persons purporting to act with such authority, and such compliance shall not be deemed a breach of the Agreement or any agreement entitling the guests to assert any claim for liability, compensation or refund.
10. Health and Safety: Sandals and Beaches Resorts each reserves the right to implement or modify health protocols, policies and procedures at any time as needed, in keeping with public health guidance and applicable law.
11. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: ACCEPTANANCE OF THE PRIZE PROVIDES FOR THE EXCLUSIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL LEGAL ACTION AND SUPERSEDES ANY LAW ENTITLING GUEST TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER PRECLUDES GUEST FROM PARTICIPATING IN OR BEING REPRESENTED IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION REGARDING ANY CLAIM BROUGHT AS A RESULT OF THIS AGREEMENT. EVEN IF APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE, GUEST AGREES THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LAWSUIT AGAINST THE SPONSOR OR UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP – THE PRIZE PROVIDER WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LITIGATED BY GUEST INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION, AND GUEST EXPRESSLY AGREES TO WAIVE AUTHORITY TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS ON A CLASS ACTION BASIS.
12. IF GUEST'S CLAIM IS SUBJECT TO LEGAL PROCEEDING UNDER FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. - TERMS AND CONDITIONS AVAILABLE HERE https://www.sandals.com/terms-conditions/ THE GUEST FURTHER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS MATERIAL AND ESSENTIAL TO THE PROCEEDING OF ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND IS NON-SEVERABLE FROM THE AGREEMENT TO ANY CLAIMS HEREIN. THE VALIDITY AND EFFECT OF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER MAY BE DETERMINED ONLY BY A JUDGE OR COURT OF LAW. GUEST AGREES THAT THIS SECTION SHALL NOT BE SEVERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FROM THE FORUM SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS. GUEST AGREES THAT THE PARTIES REFERENCED IN FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE THE SUBJECT OF ANY CLAIM BY GUEST CAN RECEIVE IMMEDIATE JUDICIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENFORCE THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
13. Travel Safety Warning: All guests are responsible for checking the travel and entry protocols for the destination that they are travelling to before they depart and ensuring that they fully understand and comply with any such protocols. For example, for some destinations, may require guests to be fully vaccinated and/or to obtain a negative PCR Covid-19 test a certain number of days pre and post travel. The prizewinner is advised to visit the travel.gov website before travel and to check the official Government website for the country visiting. The Sandals South Coast Jamaica Prize Package provider and/or Sandals Resorts shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred for any required test or any other pre-travel requirements.

PUBLICITY GRANT: The winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her/their name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notification to, or permission from, such winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages (including punitive, incidental and consequential damages) of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this Promotion. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, telephonic, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the functionality of the voice recording, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion, or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a potential winner, the authorized Zola account holder, or email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address, username or handle will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules, other than with respect to the Prize against Unique Travel Corp, shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in New York, NY.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA/PERSONAL INFORMATION: Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes the Participants’ representation of eligibility, consent to participate and consent for the Sponsor to obtain, use and transfer your name, telephone number, mailing address, email address and other information obtained through the entry for the purpose of the Sweepstakes administration and Prize redemption. All Participants who “opt-in” to receive future communications from the Prize Provider regarding marketing promotions, special savings and event notifications about Sandals Resorts will have the ability at any time to opt out of receiving any future marking promotions or events.

WINNERS LIST: To receive the name of the winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to “Zola Sandals Prize Giveaway” - Winner List, c/o Zola, Inc., 7WTC, 250 Greenwich St., 39th Floor, New York, NY, Attn: Legal Department. Queries must be postmarked no later than 60 days after the end of the Entry Period.
