    We've had the opportunity to attend and work at Zenia Event Center many times for weddings and quinceañeras, and we can confidently say it's one of the best places to host a special event. Unfortunately, Zenia does not allow outside alcohol. All alcohol service must go through Zenia’s bar, and we offer several bar package options to fit your event and guest count. We’re happy to help you choose the option that works best for your celebration!
Yes! Zenia has ample, free on-site parking available for you and your guests. There is no additional parking fee, and guests are welcome to leave vehicles overnight after an event—vehicles just need to be picked up by noon the following day.
Yes! Zenia is an accessible venue with accessible entrances, restrooms, and parking available for guests. Our event spaces are all located on the main level, making it easy for guests to navigate throughout the venue.
Our starting rental fee includes the use of the ballroom and comes with tables and chairs, linens (full color options), Wi-Fi, screens and projectors, microphones, parking, and access to our catering kitchen. We also include setup and cleanup of the venue as part of your rental.
At Zenia, our standard rental includes 14 hours of event time, with additional time available for setup, decorating, or other needs depending on your booking. Any additional time will be billed at $350 per hour (depending on event type and details).
Our cancellation policy is outlined in the event contract and is based on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
Zenia Omaha is located at 450 S 193rd St. in Elkhorn, just off West Dodge Road. The nearest airport is Eppley Airfield (OMA), located at 4501 Abbott Drive in Omaha. From Eppley Airfield, guests can take I-480 West toward I-80, then follow I-80 West toward Lincoln and connect to West Dodge Road (US-6) heading west. From Dodge, Zenia is just a short drive south near 193rd Street. We recommend using GPS for the most current route and traffic conditions. Zenia is conveniently located less than a half-mile from Dodge Street and 192nd Street, making it easy to access from the airport and throughout the Omaha metro.
Yes, event insurance is required for most events at Zenia. The specific coverage requirements and whether your event qualifies for any exceptions are outlined in your contract.
