What do I need to do to secure a date for my reception?

Our event coordinators will get the necessary information to establish a contract. We will collect a check or cash deposit that is equal to the room rental to secure a date and generate the contract. We will then schedule an appointment about two to three months in advance of the date to coordinate all the details for your event. The final guest guarantee count is due eight business days prior to your reception. The final balance of the event is due to our office five business days from the reception date.

How long do I have the ballroom?

With most of our locations, your rental is good for the whole afternoon or evening. Most receptions last five to six hours, and our ballroom closes at 12:30 AM. Do you provide any decorations or centerpieces?

Yes, we provide standard white, ivory, or black linen tablecloths and napkins, along with your choice of about 15 accent colors. You are welcome to come in before your reception and decorate, depending on what other events we have going on beforehand.
