Conveniently located in southern St. Charles County, Whitmoor Country Club’s newly renovated wedding venue provides the perfect setting for your special day. With a variety of packages and amenities available, as well as a team dedicated to satisfying your wants and needs, your wedding day will be exactly how you imagined it. Whitmoor Country Club is centrally situated in the middle of our 36 holes of championship golf courses in St. Charles County. Your guests will be greeted by comfort, tradition, and breath-taking views from nearly every point of view.

When friends and family step into our grand foyer, they will immediately experience its unique character. Our clubhouse is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, romantic bridges, trees, and more that serve as perfect backdrops for your photos to make your wedding day memories last a lifetime. The main reception area greets guests with a wall of windows overlooking the championship golf courses. Those wishing to take a break from dancing can step outside to our covered deck which is connected to the reception room. The deck is backlit by the lighted fountain on the 18th green of our South golf course, guests can utilize the oasis to enjoy a quiet moment and reflect on the day’s events.

My wife and I chose the Whitmoor for many reasons. Beautiful decor, the fantastic food, the space, etc. but the best part of us choosing the Whitmoor was Carley. She was so easy to work with, never made us feel like we had a dumb question, and always made herself available to an anxious bride whom had lots of questions. She also accommodated our three year old, even printing activities for him to do, so we could continue to discuss wedding details. Even with our own coordinator, Carley was present at the wedding helping wherever she could, including checking in on us throughout the whole day. And in a very small moment of my wife and I having a break from all the pictures, brought us some appetizers so we could eat and relax for a second before the festivities continued. We are so thankful for all her help and support during this process. Would recommend both her and the Whitmoor 1000%.
