Parking on the premises of Twenty-One Magazine is strictly prohibited. However, vendors can briefly enter the property to unload their vehicles, provided they promptly relocate their vehicles once unloading is complete. There is two-hour parking along Magazine Street and Franklin Street. After 6:00 PM, street parking downtown is complimentary. Additionally, alternative parking arrangements can be found around Colonial Lake or the Queen Street Parking Garage, both conveniently located within a two-block radius. Twenty-One Magazine does not allow overnight parking on property.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
The venue fee grants you to exclusive use of the venue and grounds for a 5-hour event, with 2 additional hours for breakdown at the conclusion of your event. Additional time may be added to your event for an additional charge.
The venue fee grants you to exclusive use of the venue and grounds for a 5-hour event. We do not have in house catering, bar service or rentals. Which is great because you can bring in your preference and there are no food and beverage minimums!
At Twenty-One Magazine, we require a full-service event coordinator for all events. Please ensure that you are not choosing a coordinator with day-of or month-of packages, as these options are not permitted under our event policies.
The Harleston Village noise ordinance is 10:30 PM.
