    Rehearsal Dinner

    The Tides Folly Beach did an excellent job in executing on our rehearsal dinner which was held in one of the conference rooms facing the ocean. The planning was cohesive, the communication solid, and the event itself flawless. Special thanks to the Tides team (Emma, JJ, Cheyenne and Sharon) for making our event a huge success!

    The best day ever!

    The team at Tides Folly Beach was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were flexible in accommodating our needs and inquisitive to understand our vision for the day. Their friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was seamless and stress-free. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the beach, and the catering was delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would highly recommend Tides Folly Beach to any couple looking for a gorgeous, well-run wedding venue.

Yes! We are happy to offer tours by appointment during our normal business hours (as well as select weekends, depending on our event schedule).
A ceremony rehearsal is not included but can be hosted the day prior to your wedding. All rehearsal times are subject to other events being hosted at the venue and must be scheduled with the sales office.
Yes! We welcome decorations such as flowers, candles and lighting. If you choose to use candles, we require that they are enclosed in glass containers with at least 1-inch above the flame to prevent damage to our surfaces and your linens. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building that will cause damage (nails, tacks, staples, tape, etc.).
Our team will set up in-house rental according to your specific floor plan prior to your arrival. Our team will also break down these items at the end of the event. The reception venue will be unlocked 3 hours prior to the event start time. Your group, as well as third-party vendors (florist, entertainment, baker, etc.) may arrive + begin setting up decor, personal items, etc. at this time.
Unfortunately, no. The Hotel does not offer planning, coordination, decoration, photography or music services.
We do! In-house catering is actually required for all food and beverage, with the exception of specialty wedding desserts. Specialty wedding desserts may be brought in by a third-party vendor and is subject to a cake-cutting fee.
Unfortunately, no. All alcohol must be served by Tides.
Yes! You may reserve a hotel room to utilize as a bridal suite.
Tides will always provide a backup space in the case of inclement weather. Please inquire to discuss specific requirements, options + pricing.
A signed contract and deposit will confirm your date and venue at Tides. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, checks, or online bank transfer. Checks should be made out to Tides Folly Beach.
