    My Dream Venue

    The Woolworth was/is my dream venue. The white-painted brick and hardwood floors are so dreamy, and we loved how guests could look out onto the Old Market. We loved having our wedding in one of Omaha’s best areas and showing our guests why we love the city. The venue team was responsive, informative and patient — no venue drama here! Highly recommend The Woolworth for a gorgeous wedding.

    Historic Charm in the Old Market

    I loved the elegant, yet historic, charming and industrial feel of the venue and of course, the fact that it is right in the center of the Old Market. I highly recommend booking your wedding reception here! A large portion of our guests flew in or had never been to Omaha before, so we loved that we were able to have our wedding in what we consider to be the best part of Omaha :)

Our peak season is March - December.
Our event center can hold up to 250 guests. We have an onsite chapel space for intimate ceremonies that holds up to 150 guests.
We offer 3 different wedding packages for our couples. Our packages offer different amenities, however each wedding package contains the following: -14 hour rental (9:00 AM-11:00 PM) -Reception floor plan -Chiavari chairs -72" table rounds -8ft banquet tables -6ft banquet tables -One private suite for getting ready and over night stay
We have a list of preferred vendors, however we are open to exploring options with vendors that our couples are interested in working with.
Yes! We offer a wedding package with 10 onsite suites for your guests (more can be added if you'd like). Our event space is also located in the heart of downtown Omaha, so there are many hotel options.

No, we don't allow outside alcohol, however, we're happy to work with you to build out a custom bar package to suit your preferences and buget.
We have a parking garage behind our building (for an additional cost) along with street parking. We also have valet services that can be provided as an add-on.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have elevators at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
