The Arbor House is a private 2,400-square-foot indoor and outdoor venue at The Kinlands, designed for seasonal gatherings, intimate weddings, and dinners. The space emphasizes warmth, texture, and natural beauty rather than a blank or highly manicured design. Inside, dried florals, chandeliers, antique tables, and lounge seating create a fully styled setting. The interior opens directly into Rosewood Gardens, allowing events to move naturally between indoor and outdoor spaces, with garden paths, bistro lighting, and a quieter side patio for smaller moments. The Arbor House changes with the seasons, offering a different atmosphere throughout the year. It is a character-rich venue where the setting is already complete, ideal for hosts who want an established ambiance without extensive décor or rentals. Available January-August.

This is a place where beauty feels natural rather than staged, and where gatherings unfold with an organic sense of flow.

Rafters adorned with dried florals and The Kinlands signature seasonal tree. 20 antique tables and chairs for seated dining up to 100 guests. Layered lounging areas with vintage sofas. Dance floor area. Outdoor gardens with bistro-lit tables and a side patio. Climate-controlled comfort of heating and AC. On-site restrooms and dressing room. On-site guest parking and wheelchair access.

$4,200 - Rental Time: Monday - Thursday 3:00–10:00 pm, $5,600 - Rental Time: Friday - Sunday 3:00–11:00 pm

A Dream
What a literal dream. This was the first and only venue I toured and I was sold from the start. The venue features so many vintage pieces, rustic charm and an array of greenery. We worked with Ashlee who was so great to collaborate with, her response time was quick and always so detailed with the information presented. We booked both the Greenhouse and the Arbor house for our ceremony and reception, our guest were very happy with the space. We had about 150 guest, and there was plenty of space for dancing, our 360 photobooth, DJ, reception etc. I highly recommend this place. There is also a cute little Airbnb on site that we stayed at after our reception. Nothing but a skip and a hop and 100% so worth it. Both my husband and I were extremely please overall. Amazing!
The Arbor House was the perfect location for our wedding reception! The size was just right, the space was beautiful and cozy, and many guests commented on how lovely it was. The outdoor games were perfect for the guests who wanted to be outside for a bit. The event planner, Ashlee, was wonderful to work with; she answered all of my questions promptly. No complaints!

The Arbor House at The Kinlands has so many special touches. From the dried florals hanging from the rafters to a large seasonal tree, it really has that Kinlands magic that I've always loved about their shoppe. I really like the offered catering space in the back as well... that is just so convenient!
