About this venue

The Garden House is designed to feel like a living conservatory, romantic, light-filled, and quietly immersive. Hundreds of florals are suspended throughout the rafters, creating the sensation of dining beneath a flowering canopy rather than a ceiling. Seasonal blooms drift overhead, softening the structure and grounding the space in nature without feeling wild or untamed. Included are: seven 8-foot farmhouse tables with accompanying benches, layered rugs, grand chandelier, bistro lighting indoors and throughout the courtyard, sliding doors for a grand indoor–outdoor entrance, outdoor courtyard with bistro benches and ambient lighting, cast iron sink and prep surfaces, outlets throughout for catering, musicians, and vendors, ceiling fans and heat and air conditioning. *Prim Cottage available as a private changing suite during certain seasons. The Garden House at The Kinlands is a charming, greenhouse-like venue perfect for events and weddings. It accommodates up to 100 guests, or 56 sitting, and offers a blend of nature and elegance. Rental includes access to 7 tables, benches, outdoor spaces, restroom facility, and utilities, with flexible setup and cleanup times. The exclusive use per day ensures no rushed schedules, creating a memorable and serene environment for your special occasions.

A complimentary tour of the space before booking to answer any of your questions. The Garden House includes 7 large tables with benches, additional tables/chairs can be rented to seat up to 100. Climate control in the Garden House. The space is heated during the cooler months but is a greenhouse and does not reach above 70 degrees. During the warmer months, A/C, misters and fans are provided.

    An Unforgettable Valentine’s Evening of Elegance

    This Valentine’s Day dinner at The Kinlands was one of the most beautiful and memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into an enchanted forest. The space was transformed with stunning wildflower arrangements, candlelight, and elegant boho-inspired details that created a magical, romantic atmosphere. Every corner was thoughtfully designed and absolutely breathtaking. The signature cocktail was phenomenal—creative, perfectly balanced, and the ideal way to begin the evening. The meal itself was exceptional from start to finish. Every course was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The fresh salad, vibrant beet course, and cocoa-crusted steak were standout favorites, and dessert was the perfect ending to an incredible meal. It was clear that every detail had been carefully planned and executed. What made the evening truly special was how seamlessly the food, ambiance, and service came together. It felt intimate, luxurious, and unlike any other Valentine’s event we’ve attended. If you’re lucky enough to attend one of these private chef dinners, don’t hesitate. It was an unforgettable experience that exceeded every expectation, and we’re already looking forward to the next one.

    Unique and memorable date night!

    The space transforms into a fairytale of a dinner location… the incorporation of the trees into the space made me feel like I was eating dinner in the Ferngully(that is a great thing in case it isn’t obvious). The space was a 10/10 and the hosts vibe check was top shelf stuff. They had the class and sophistication of a fine wine and treated us like family. Food was also a delight and I highly recommend this place for your next date night. Be warned, you will end the night with fireworks because this place is sure to impress any date!
