Yes, however, we do require all alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartending/catering service.
Yes, but the parking is limited to about 10 spots. The majority of our parking is on the surrounding streets.

- Venue Access (Outdoor and Indoor spaces) - Use of the catering kitchen  - Use of A/V system (includes two wireless microphones, two lavalier microphones, access to plug-in media source, use of the projector and screen) - Tables and chairs available to rent (includes set up and tear down by our staff)
There are no maximums, minimums, or specific blocks. All pricing is by the hour.
If the client cancels an event over 30 days before the event date, a full refund will be issued. If a client cancels less than a month before the event date and the date can not be rescheduled for another client, the deposit will be kept in full, but any other payments will be refunded to the client. The Rooftop Manager may also refund a partial amount based on the circumstances.
To get from Salt Lake City International Airport to 208 W 900 S, you can rent a car, take a taxi or rideshare (Uber/Lyft), or use public transit. The fastest option is usually a short drive or rideshare, which takes about 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the TRAX Blue Line light rail from the airport to the 900 S/Plaza station and walk to your destination.
Yes, we do require all clients to purchase a general liability policy naming Spy Hop as an additional certificate holder. If alcohol is on-site, liquor liability must be added on to the COI.
