Rental rates include the use of The Collector's Room for a 12-hour block of time allotted for event time as well as a load-in and load-out, over 4,000 square feet of indoor heated and cooled event space, and outdoor patio, access to included quarters, ceremony location, house sound system, onsite parking, and use of Beau Monde inventory of tables and chairs for up to 150 guest.

    Venue of dreams

    The Collector's Room is such a hidden gem that allows you to bring any vision you have to life. It is a beautiful art gallery with such a large spaces that any dream you have it will appear. From the staff down to their preferred vendors, everything was perfect. If I had to plan my wedding again, they would still be my first choice. Thank Katie and the staff for helping my husband and I to have the wedding of our dreams.

Beau Monde's preferred caterer carries all liability insurance and is licensed through the North Carolina Alcohol Beverage Commission to provide all alcohol within The Collector's Room. There are different alcohol packages to best suit the needs of your specific event. No outside alcohol is permitted by law.
Yes, limited on-site parking is available for the day of your event, public parking is within walking distance of The Collector's Room. We also offer valet services.
Yes, all of our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
All equipment and décor must be removed the night of the event. Outside parties aren't allowed to tape, staple, or nail into the venue walls as these items can cause permanent damage. The following items are restricted on property as they can damage the venue: - Sparklers - Open fire of any kind - Smoke machines - Wish Lanterns - Artificial Rose Petals - Glitter - Confetti - Open flamed candles
