About this venue

We are located in the heart of Texas Hill Country, only three miles from downtown Fredericksburg. Our event spaces are available year-round. We can accommodate anywhere from 50 to 250 guests. All catering is done through our on-site, curated culinary program. Every venue rental includes complimentary tables and chairs. Linens and tableware can be rented for an additional fee. Booking Swallows Eve gives you exclusive access to our entire 35-acre property.

Open Air Chapel

A unique backdrop of architectural features and sweeping natural landscapes

Steps away from our back terrace, our Open Air Chapel is set within the Hill Country's natural landscape coupling traditional and modern architecture for a unique backdrop. Our chapel is one for the books, located at the end of a lit winding pathway lined with black rock. Perfect for ceremonies and al fresco dinners alike. Electricity is included.

Fireside Courtyard

A quintessential Texan backdrop for any outdoor soiree

Our Fireside Courtyard is complete with a custom fireplace which provides the picturesque Texan backdrop for your ceremony or spacious cocktail hour. The Courtyard features succulent and agave accents, lit oak trees, an architectural water fountain and outdoor lounge furniture, creating a relaxing space for your guests.

Stone Patio

Sleek and timeless, the stone patio offers stunning views and a romantic atmosphere

Located on our back terrace under strings of bistro lights, our Stone Patio offers a large stage deck overlooking a subtly lit landscape and peaceful wildlife roaming in the heart of Texas Hill Country. The limestone deck is perfect for your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, band stage, or outdoor dance floor. Perfect for ceremonies or as a band stage for outdoor dancing.

A large stage deck underneath ambient bistro lights. A picturesque backdrop of Texas landscapes and peaceful wildlife.

The Barn

Luxury texan barn with modern, industrial amenities.

At the heart of our property sits a 6,000 sq. ft. luxury, Texan Barn with industrial accents and modern amenities. The space was custom built for events and includes a private suite, a private loft, custom restrooms, an adjoining Bar, locally custom-made chandeliers, and state-of-the-art sound system throughout. Adjacent suite, loft, and bar room.

Due to TABC regulations and our on-site license, we require that our clients allow us to handle their bar service. We offer three bar packages for an easy, stress-free experience within your budget, or are happy to customize something just for your event.
Yes, we have handicapped parking spaces and ramps (either permanent or upon request) to each of our sites.
Yes! We love when a couple makes the space their own with decor. We simply ask that all candles are enclosed in heat-safe glass and have drip-trays for protection of our tables and linens.
Got your eyes on dusty blue cut-glass water goblet for your tables? You're welcome to bring in rental items - in addition to, or instead of using our in-house items.
Our Suite and Loft open at 11:00am on the wedding day, up to 2 additional hours may be purchased if you need more time. Vendors may start arriving at this time, too, unless given prior authorization.
Yes, and our team is ready to make your favorite foods the talk of your wedding. Chef has a farm-to-table menu focused on local, fresh ingredients - highlighting all the classics with her own twist. Enjoy one of her creations or suggest your own for a custom take!
We take seriously the dietary needs of our guests, and request that you collect all allergies for us to accommodate on your wedding day. Chef Holly is gluten-free and prides herself on cooking delicious meals for anyone despite their restrictions.
