Stonington Farmhouse is a brand new post and beam farmhouse with its own private event barn, made for the whole wedding weekend rather than just one night. The barn seats up to 30 for a rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or Sunday send off brunch, and the house sleeps eight so your wedding party can stay together under one roof. You bring your own caterer and set your own timeline, so the evening unfolds exactly the way you imagine it. Upstairs in the barn there is a lounge with a bar and a golf simulator, and outside there is a firepit for winding down the night. High end finishes meet cozy farmhouse warmth throughout. You are just minutes from Saltwater Farm Vineyard, historic downtown Mystic, and the Stonington shore, which makes it a beautiful and easy home base for everyone traveling in to celebrate with you.

Private, exclusive use of the two story barn. Open first floor with a smooth concrete floor and seating for up to 30. Upstairs man cave lounge with a bar and golf simulator. Outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Free on site parking. Bring your own caterer and set your own timeline. The barn is a blank canvas, so you supply tables, chairs, linens, and decor. About a third of the first floor is storage that can be cleared for an added fee.
Room cost
Only can rented as an add on to the house rental.

Rehersal Dinner
We rented the farmhouse for our daughter's wedding weekend and added the barn for the rehearsal dinner, and honestly it was the best decision we made in the whole planning process. The house slept our immediate family comfortably and felt like a real home, not a rental. Friday night we did the rehearsal dinner in the barn and it was magic. String lights, long tables, our caterer had plenty of room to work out of the kitchen. The kids ran around the yard while the adults actually relaxed. The best part was that when dinner was over nobody had to drive anywhere. We just walked back to the house. Brandon was easy to reach the whole time and everything was exactly as described. Three night minimum was perfect for a wedding weekend. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Amazing and New!
Booked the house and barn for our wedding weekend and I'm so glad we kept it through Sunday. The ceremony was elsewhere but we used the barn for an after party / brunch the morning after and it ended up being everyone's favorite part of the trip. Coffee on the porch, the whole wedding party hanging out one last time, zero pressure and no checkout clock chasing us out by noon. The farmhouse is beautiful and clean and the barn is a genuinely special space, not some generic event hall. Plenty of room for our group. Communication was quick and clear from start to finish. If you're getting married anywhere near Stonington and you want your people all in one place for the weekend, this is it. Five stars, would recommend to any couple.
