Sprengergarten is a private, family-owned wedding venue set on 18 secluded acres in Melbourne, Florida. With lush gardens, waterfront views, historic charm, and multiple ceremony and reception locations, our estate offers a wedding experience that feels both elegant and personal. What couples love most is the ability to host their entire wedding day in one place—from getting ready in private bridal suites to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We also offer a turnkey planning experience with on-site catering, beverage service, and professional coordination, helping make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Unlike large corporate venues, you'll work directly with the family who owns and operates the property. We take pride in creating celebrations that feel welcoming, effortless, and uniquely yours while providing the privacy and flexibility to bring your vision to life.

The Ballroom

The Ballroom features neutral walls, dark flooring, and a vaulted wood ceiling in the center. The large window doors can be rolled up or down depending on weather and can allow for extra seating on the Patio. But, don’t worry! There isn’t a bad seat in the house. Our integrated A/V system allows for many options. With a couple of quick clicks, you can share your (tablet, computer, or phone) screen on 1-4 of our wall-mounted TVs-whether it is for a slideshow of pictures, your new monogram, or your photo booth pictures in real time.

Gazebo

Sprengergarten has a Gazebo in the heart of our Gardens for your vows, or if you prefer, 2 acres of open green space to create your ceremony from the ground up. Your guests can then head to cocktail hour while you enjoy the many areas of Sprengergarten, capturing the perfect photos with your new spouse! Cocktail hour can take place on the Patio of the Ballroom or the Tavern.

    Beautiful venue and professional staff
