From our first conversation, Desiree, Shawna, and Kim made us feel like our wedding day was their priority. They kept us in the loop about everything, including the weather, which helped us plan accordingly. When rain forced us to move our ceremony inside, their team pivoted seamlessly and the space felt just as magical as we'd imagined. Bridle Oaks has a unique charm with its clean barn setting that made our day feel special without any stress on our end. The staff's caring approach meant we could actually enjoy our celebration instead of worrying about logistics. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to make our day run smoothly.

Bridle Oaks Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was quick, timely, and incredibly professional. They truly understood what was important to us and went above and beyond to make our day special. The venue itself was large enough to accommodate our entire family, and the quality of their work was simply outstanding. They kept our wedding timeline on point, allowing us to create cherished memories with our loved ones. It was such a magical experience, and the staff at Bridle Oaks Barn felt like part of our family by the end of the night. We are so grateful to have found this hidden gem - it was everything we could have asked for and more.

Absolutely perfect in every way

I’m not even sure how to put into words how absolutely amazing Bridle Oaks was to work with. Shawna is the sweetest and funniest person and made everything about our experience from the meetings to the wedding day so much fun and just such a breeze! Our coordinator, Kim, is an actual angel, a legit miracle worker and we are so beyond blessed to have had such an amazing team on our wedding day. They explain everything in so much detail during the meetings and they think of literally everything you could possible need for a wedding! There’s no way we could’ve done any of this without everyone at Bridle Oaks. Everyone who attended our wedding talked about how absolutely beautiful the venue is, how kind everyone was, how incredibly detailed everything was and that the entire thing from start to finish flowed so so smoothly! And people are still talking about how awesome the beer mule was!! Every part of the entire day was a total hit and these memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We could not recommend Bridle Oaks more!

Where do I even begin?! We will be recommending this venue all day, every day! From beginning to end, Bridle Oaks has been nothing short of amazing. Being a same-sex couple, we had been turned down by other venues before finding this one. When we finally met Shawna, she didn’t even blink. It was never an issue, just complete warmth and acceptance. Now, honestly, we were hesitant about whether a day-of coordinator was really necessary. I promise you: YOU NEED ONE! Desiree was incredible. She was so open to all our ideas and truly made our vision come to life. On the wedding day, she handled EVERYTHING. Even when a little mishap popped up, Desiree handled it with so much patience, grace, and understanding. And when you see that Desiree offers a bride assistant, BOOK HER! Hannah was my life of the party, voice of reason, and biggest cheerleader all day long. Needed hairspray? Taken care of. Crying? Not for long! Seriously, if you are on the fence and need a little push… BOOK THIS VENUE! You will feel like you had the fairytale of your dreams, just like we did. To Shawna, Desiree, and Hannah: thank you for EVERYTHING.

First and foremost if we could give this venue a higher rating, we absolutely would. If you are on the fence for where to host your wedding we highly recommend their services! Their venue is breathtaking and every single guest that attended was awestruck. It’s been a few days since wedding day and we are still receiving messages about it. When you first meet Shawna she is a no nonsense person but it’s heavily appreciated when you need something this important done. Above all, while I’m sure every coordinator is great, Desiree is 100% a superstar. She made sure the vision was captured, the timeline stayed on track, and most of all that we both had a wedding to remember. For the bride, when you choose this venue (because seriously how could you not!) you should heavily consider their bride assistant Hannah. She was seriously a saving grace and calm amongst the storm.
