About this venue
The Rosenbach is a warm and welcoming space to host any type of event, whether it be a company reception, an intimate dinner with friends, a daylong conference, or a lively cocktail party. Located at 2008-2010 Delancey Place in the heart of Philadelphia near Rittenhouse Square, our historic townhome boasts an exclusive address, and convenience from all of Center City.

Yes, our venue is BYOB!
Yes, we have a limited parking pad that can hold up to 4 cars. There is also abundant street parking and paid lots and garages in the area, walkable to the museum.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Our rental fees range from $75 to $650 per hour depending on spaces used and length of your event. Additional fees can include use of our flatware, linens, and glassware.
Events must end by 9PM.
A 50% deposit of the total amount is due on contract signing and the rest due one week before the event. If the event is cancelled more than 14 days out, the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled 14 days or less from the event, the deposit will be kept by the Rosenbach.
