Hi, I’m Lily, the artist behind Live by Lily! I’ve always loved the little details that make celebrations feel special—especially weddings! Live by Lily combines my love of art and events by turning your favorite people and moments into hand-painted keepsakes created right at your celebration. Each portrait is individually painted and designed to give your guests something personal, beautiful, and truly worth taking home. For me, it’s about more than creating a wedding favor. I love giving guests a fun experience during the event and creating a little piece of your celebration they can keep!

With flexible packages, affordable options, and the ability to complete guaranteed portraits after your event, you don’t have to choose between staying within budget and making sure your guests receive a keepsake. Most importantly, I bring a genuine love for weddings, art, and celebrating people to every event. • Everything in the Live Event Package • Up to 50 participating guests guaranteed a completed portrait • Anything not completed at the event will be finished afterward and returned to you • Works out to approximately $13 per guest

GUARANTEED PORTRAITS FOR 50+ GUESTS $8 each additional guest who is interested, additional cost to be determine and paid post event once final headcount is completed. Any portraits not completed live will be finished afterward. To help with a visual for cost per illustrated party favor: 60 guests — $730 | ~$12.17/person 70 guests — $810 | ~$11.57/person 80 guests — $890 | ~$11.13/person 90 guests — $970 | ~$10.78/person 100 guests — $1,050 | ~$10.50/person

    Beautiful guest portraits

    Live by Lily created some of our favorite keepsakes from the day. From our first conversation, she was quick to respond and easy to work with, making the whole process feel simple and stress-free. Her hand-drawn designs had this soft, delicate quality that felt so personal and special for our guests. Every detail she created felt thoughtful and charming, like something we'll treasure for years to come. If you're looking for someone to add those unique, meaningful touches to your event, Live by Lily is absolutely the way to go.

I will arrive shortly before you expect your guests to begin to arrive to your ceremony. I will casually walk around as guests are already taking photos and request references photos from about 20-30 guests who would be interested in having a portrait complete. Once I have some reference photos I will then head to cocktail hour to setup. During your ceremony I will be sketching and painting some portraits so when guests arrive to cocktail hour there are already some examples completed.
You do not have to pay for an early arrival. The 4 hours you pay for is for your reception. I add in the extra time complementary because for me the more time I have the more guests I can complete. I want to ensure I can complete as many portraits onsite as possible.
The remaining agreed upon head count of portraits will be completed 1-2 weeks after your event and exchanged in person or mailed to you depending on your location.
Yes. I am located in Middletown, DE. All packages include a 50 mile round trip beginning mileage. For example if your venue is 150 miles from Middletown multiple the miles x 2 then subtract 50. Then multiple by .85. (304-50=254, 254x.85=215) I can also offer custom packages bundles depending on your individual event. Travel fees are determine per event and for my safety I may request and overnight fee in place of the travel mileage if the event were to end after 10pm and is greater than 1.5 hours.
Yes, you can create a list and I can try my best to ask guests their relation to the happy couple and work to accommodate those requests first.
