The Skylight Penthouse rests on top of the historic United Bank Building in the heart of Ohio City across from the West Side Market. THE BEST VIEW IN THE CITY; unparalelled and unobstructed views of Downtown Cleveland, Lake Erie and all surrounding neighborhoods. The space is mostly indoors but there is an "L" shaped terrace for outdoor entertaining or for wedding ceremonies. The Skylight Penthouse is ultra modern and fresh! Floor to ceiling windows bring in beautiful natural light and any design color works in the neutral space. Owners Ursula Allison and Julio Molina have a combined 50 years experience in special event and fine dining. With having planned over 6,000 events, they are professional, knowledgeable, and excellent at what they do. Their attention to detail and dedication is unmatched! This historic 1903 2 story building is on the near east side of downtown Cleveland. An outdoor patio is available for entertaining, weather peritted. Custom graffiti art cascades over the white walls and brick making Graffiti Heart very urban and whimsical.
