About this venue

Penny Roma (the sister restaurant of Flour+Water) was designed with full restaurant buyouts in mind, featuring an airy courtyard space that is attached to our dining room. We also have a completely private dining room, The Upstairs, where we host smaller dinner parties. Service is always family-style

With windows overlooking the 20th Street corridor in SF's Mission District, the Upstairs is the perfect urban dinner party location.

This space is completely private and located above our sister cocktail bar, Trick Dog. Only accessible by stairs.
