    Amazing Venue!

    We first used Paso Bamboo for our engagement party and then again a few years later for our son’s baptism. It is such a beautiful, unique space and we were able to tailor the decorations to what we wanted! Everyone at Paso Bamboo is super easy to work with. They are punctual with communication and truly want to help make your event special!

Peak wedding season typically runs from May through October May – June: Warm, sunny, and very popular for weddings; comfortable temperatures and longer daylight hours July – August: Hot and dry with plenty of sunshine perfect for evening celebrations, though daytime heat should be considered September – October: Ideal wedding season with warm days, cooler evenings, and beautiful harvest scenery
Yes, we do have on-site parking available for guests. As a working farm, our parking areas are primarily on natural surfaces, but we do our best to ensure they are well-organized and accessible for events. If you have specific needs or require additional assistance, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to help accommodate.

Yes, outside alcohol is allowed at our venue. As a working farm, we do require that all alcohol service follows local regulations and is handled responsibly.

Although, our venue is fully insured to ensure both you and the venue are protected, we require couples to obtain event liability insurance for the day of the wedding. This helps provide coverage and peace of mind for everyone involved. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like guidance on how to secure a policy we’re happy to help.
The nearest major airport is San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport (SBP), located about 30–40 minutes from Paso Robles. From the airport, guests can easily reach our venue by rental car, rideshare services, or private transportation. For those flying into larger airports such as Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or San Jose International Airport (SJC), Paso Robles is approximately a 3–4 hour drive. We recommend renting a car for the most convenient and flexible travel experience.
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. To secure your date, we require a non-refundable retainer fee, which covers initial planning, administrative time, and the reservation of the venue. In the event of a cancellation, payments made beyond the retainer may be refundable depending on the timing of the cancellation and our ability to rebook the date. We’re always happy to discuss individual circumstances and will do our best to work with you whenever possible.
Our standard wedding booking includes 8 hours of venue access. This typically covers your ceremony, reception, and event time.
