The facility is air-conditioned, includes refrigeration, and an ice machine. The Cultural Center rental includes the set up and break down of your event, the use of banquet tables and chairs, high-tops and AV equipment. The facility has open WiFi, is wheelchair accessible and includes a two dressing rooms.

Up to 225 seated in theater style, up to 250 standing, and up to 150 guests seated at tables.
All dates are first come, first serve. A signed contract and payment of the deposit will secure your date.
Other Vendors: You may choose your own DJ, florist, photographer, etc. Each outside vendor will need to be additionally insured covering the City of Oviedo for 1 million dollars. All catered functions at the Cultural Center must use a food service provider, an approved caterer, or, under certain conditions as defined in sub-section b, an approved self-catered event. Decorations are permitted within reason and must be approved by Cultural Center management. Decorations are permitted only in the space you have reserved. It is the responsibility of the renter to remove all decorations immediately after your event. Contact venue for details.
All alcoholic beverages must be served via your selected caterer. For non-catered, weekday events only, beer and wine are permitted with proof of liability insurance as well as a $500 alcohol deposit. Plans to serve alcohol at your event must be expressed when completing the rental agreement.

There is parking around the venue. There is also a large, open lot, within walking distance.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
