Lake Placid Weddings at River Ranch! River Ranch is a private 90-acre Lake Placid wedding venue offering an iconic setting for custom tented weddings in the Adirondacks. With panoramic High Peaks views, a level event field, multiple photography locations, and a maintained service road, River Ranch gives couples the foundation to create a fully customized outdoor wedding experience. Available June through Columbus Day, River Ranch is ideal for couples looking beyond a traditional venue and seeking a private Adirondack wedding setting. LAND-ONLY RENTAL: $9,500 – June & July $10,500 – August $11,500 – September & October. ESTATE & LAND RENTAL $14,500 – June & July $15,500 – August $16,500 – September & October Not included, but required and arranged at the renter’s expense: Rental company for all event rentals, including tents, lighting, tables, chairs, restrooms, and related rental needs. Licensed and insured caterer with NYS Liquor License. Designated Wedding Planner.

    Best Views For A Wedding In Lake Placid, NY

    We had our August 2024 wedding at River Ranch in Lake Placid and are so stoked they have since received their wedding permit. We rented the house and land for five days, which gave us time to settle in, celebrate, and create the wedding exactly how we wanted. We loved skipping the usual restrictions and frustrations of a traditional venue and doing everything our way. With an amazing local wedding planner, a top-of-the-line clear tent, and the best caterer from downstate, our custom tented wedding came together perfectly. The High Peaks views were unreal, and River Ranch is truly one of the most unique Lake Placid wedding venues.

    Lake Placid Tented Wedding Venue

    We had our September 2025 tented wedding at River Ranch in Lake Placid and honestly could not have picked a better Adirondack wedding venue. We were so happy they received their wedding permit, and the land-only rental gave us the freedom to create the entire wedding exactly how we wanted, from the tent and ceremony setup to cocktail hour and reception. The High Peaks views were unreal, the property felt private and spacious, and our guests could not stop talking about the scenery. If you are looking for a Lake Placid wedding venue for a custom tented wedding in the Adirondacks, River Ranch is truly one of a kind.
