Our pre-function area is ideal for welcome receptions, let our wedding planner assist you with all details. Plan your ceremony in one ballroom and have the reception in Lindbergh Ballroom. Our meeting and events space is located in one area just a few steps from the hotel's main entrance. Complimentary same day garage parking with in/out privilege for guests attending your event. Complimentary WiFi for you and your guests to stay connected and share memories. For weddings over 100 people we guarantee that it will be the only wedding taking place.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible and ADA Compliment. We also have hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Rental fee includes set up and tear down of tables, chairs, linens, & napkins. Glassware, flatware, buffet equipment are also included.
We are located 3 miles from O'Hare International Airport (ORD), we provide complimentary roundtrip shuttle service to O'Hare International Airport 24/7 every 30 minutes.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 90 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
